The necklace arrived quickly. It is cute, but the quality could be improved.

I like the longevity of the flowers. I would enjoy them more if they were larger. I dislike repeatedly being given invalid discount codes and not receiving a response when I inquire about the issue.

Got 3 colors instead of 2 as advertised. Pink, Purple and Peach. Still pretty however and the black base leaves your finger prints behind FYI.

I LOVE the roses! I have ordered multiple times but this time the box was a lot smaller than I expected. Maybe that’s partly my fault but I was a little disappointed.

ver in a timely fashion and I greatly appreciate that; the arrangement wasn’t fresh. There is absolutely no scent of the roses whatsoever. Disappointed in that as the mild scent however temporary is important in the delivery presentation. I purchased from you before, a year ago and the flowers still appear fresh WITH SCENT. They were a wonderful gift to offer. I am sorry that this delivery fell short.

I want to be as fair and honest as I can be in this review. I have ordered arrangements in the past from this company which still look great. I ordered one of the large arrangements of white roses. The first was damaged in shipment and the company sent out a second free of charge with expedited delivery. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The replacement arrangement that I received was also damaged with black ink from the packaging discoloring the roses to a point they cannot be displayed. I have reached out to customer service again and I understand they cannot keep sending arrangements. Just disappointing for a 400 arrangement.

Flowers were great as always but this is the second order in a row that there was no note on my flowers. I added a note but never got a notecard. Had to hear a handful from my wife turned into an argument.
