Two flowers fell out of the box when I opened the package

Hi My name is Dr. Ebodi. I have ordered a pack of flowers a week ago for my wife’s birthday on 5th February 2025 and i have paid in full. Sadly i have not received my order yet . This is awful and unacceptable service. You ruined our day as it was supposed to be a surprise for my wife. I would like your complaint procedure and I would like my money refunded ASAP . One of the roses hasn’t been received to the recipient and where they sent them to I’m unable to get in touch with then due to their number not wroking

It's been over a week and my order still hasn't shipped out.

My husband purchased gold roses to match the decor in our home. The flowers are far from gold. They are a copper almost brown color. Very disappointed. I do not recommend purchasing the “gold” flowers.

Overpriced kinda ugly

When you pay that much money for flowers you expect a much more impressive presentation. The flowers are just sent in a box. That’s it. Where’s the nice packaging, a neat card explaining what they are? I can’t believe I spent this much money on these flowers for a glorified coffee mug with some roses in it.

Traveling long distances must have been a problem for delivery my box had grease all over it on the inside the flowers where cracked and breaking off in the box I had the gold ones the only thing that was nice was the digital card that is displayed that worked so credit there but I requested a refund and I heard nothing so you buy it you on your own
