STILL NOT F...N DELIVERED

The product is nice but they failed to include the E-message that I signed up for during the order process. This was one of the big reasons I chose this product. They don't seem to care that much about the customer experience when there are issues.

I had put in the order notes to send me one with the letter G on the charm, the one received had the letter A instead

Money was payed, I booked for one day, that was a very important event. Flowers did not arrive even in a couple of days after that. Attempts to contact customer support team were not successful and I was simply ignored.

The website wouldn’t allow me to pick the right pendant for the rose I picked. I emailed them and let them know. Followed their instructions and it still didn’t allow to me pick the proper rose/pendant. I proceeded to go thru with the purchase and emailed them ASAP. They assured me the proper pendant was placed. I just opened the box and THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. 181.00$ You would think they would be on top of things and not only have their website function properly but be able to fix and make adjustments afterwords. Overpriced and terrible customer service.

Over priced, pick and save item. What a joke would never recommend this to anyone

My drawer box came in broken apart and the roses came in outside the box. They wont do anything to fix.
