Rose petals all broken, messy, overall just doesn’t look as good as you would want spending as much money as this costs.

Spent £400 on 2 dozen black rose and they arrived singularly in boxes!! What the hell am I meant to do with them now?? Spend all night watching YouTube videos on how to be a florist?!! Absolute shambles of a service. Please avoid!!

I have reach or to get a new arrangement and have not gotten a response and then tried to get a refund and now still now response. I have been very please in the past and now I am very disappointed.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. These guys delivered one package 3 days early to my home. We weren’t there which is why I picked a specific date. At the same time I had also had flowers sent to the hotel where I was staying. They never delivered that. Starting they “lost” the package. I would never buy from them again.

Stay well clear! Poor customer service parcel delivered very late blamed everything on UPS for there incompetence on delivering.

Still not recieved the package despite paying for shipping to get here on time. Customer service is awful, just keeps saying the parcel is with the courier.

Packed very poorly, and a bunch of the roses were flattened on delivery. Will never order from here again.
