Awful customer service, I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and they came late which spoiled everything. It said it would be delivered Thursday and it came Monday. I contact customer service and they continue to ignore my email but keep sending PODs saying it’s been delivered. Will be using eternal blossom going forward

The roses were received looking old, dried out and banged up during transit! The roses looked absolutely nothing like the ones advertised on their website which was very disappointing because they were supposed to be part of my lady's Valentine's present! Requested to ship these ugly looking roses back to California and a full refund! Never ever would I pay that much for such below average looking dried up, banged up looking roses!

I ordered a rose gift box 5 days before Valentines and requested and paid for a Thursday 2/13/25 delivery to ensure an ontime delivery. The company did not process the shipment until the 13th with an arraival of the 17th. i contacted customer service twice and asked what had happened and they blamed it on the shipper. When I pointed out on the 14th that they failed to give it to the shipper they refunded my shipping charge and offered to process a return after it was recived late. For a special occasion company that promises delievry dates and then neglects any responsibility for timely shipping on important dates that they build their brand around is unacceptabel. This will be the last time I use thier service for anyything.

Almost 95 % of the roses are stuck or placed inside the box. Defeats the purpose. Looks like plastic or artificial types.

Roses were requested for the 13th. Arrived late in the day after we left for the weekend. Freezing temps. Flowers ruined. Ordered the roses weeks in advance.
