Poor quality awful customer service and definitely overpriced! Very disappointed. Was supposed to receive two arrangements for valentines they only send one of them and they are refusing to refund or take accountability even though a screenshot of the ups delivery was send to them. When we tried to reach them they said they were busy for valentines and can’t take our call, like what business says that? Terrible

Terrible presentation in a brown box is a far cry from your competitors. I filled a greeting card for my 2 orders but TMR simply ignores greeting cards which defeats the purpose of sending flowers for different occasions.

I never received the Roses and have been getting the run around from Million Roses customer service and FedEx who said they delivered the package outside of my gate. Million Roses wants me to go make a police report and then go and search my neighborhood. No customer satisfaction whatsoever and I’m very disappointed with the company!

At the check out it some how use the billing address not the delivery address. Within minutes I informed them as it week over 10 days before delivery was needed. They weee useless and I now have a present for my GF in the wrong country … useless customer service and no solutions
