The Million RosesReviews of themillionroses.com

Late shipmen after paying 30 pounds for it to be delivered on time, ruined my wife’s birthday, no refund, no empathy

Flowers was as if it was spread

Never received my flowers and got offered a gift card I don’t plan on ordering again.

You sent the wrong colors - pink instead of purple (....this was for my son who did not appreciate pink!), and the silver bucket was scrapped up and not presentable. I sent in photos and explanation and still have not heard back from you. Note, that I previously bought an $800. red flower piece for my wife and it was great - which gave me confidence to place another order - which was not great.

The flowers were to be delivered on 03/21/25 as a surprise birthday gift. They arrived today, a week later. The purpose was for it be a surprise, so the timing was crucial. I won’t be purchasing again and will be discouraging others from purchasing.

Note was not included. Rose is dirty!!!! Update rose started falling apart on its own in one week

Not worth the money. Flowers not in good shape.

Almost $500 and they arrived torn and broken and lying in the box. Contacted customer service and received zero response. Absolute scam.
