Worst customer support . The order was delivered to wrong address and ups concluded saying they are paying the compensation to the sender . It’s been a week and I still don’t see my refund and there is no response to my emails or my requests to speak to a supervisor even after a week .

If I could give 0 stars I would! Still waiting on my friend to receive her flowers. I ordered them on the 27th with two day shipping. I received an email the flowers were out of stock and they would refund my 40$ shipping I paid and expedited ship them on their behalf when they received the flowers. May 2nd I received an email they were being shipped out and it’s now the 5th and still waiting for her to receive them! I’m furious and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

The flowers were great. Stop spamming me with texts n emails I don't need flowers every week . I know you exist.

Disliked how the roses seemed old around the edge of the box as well as them being sort of falling apart on the edge as well. Payed a good amount of money so expected a lot more

I thought they were much smaller than what was shown on social media. Hardly any smell, no red ribbon around base and the card was hidden under the box. I would not buy them again.

The top of the box that it was delivered in was crushed, damaging approx. 25% of the roses and leaving a black ink stain on several of them. Very disappointed. Please refund or replace ASAP.

This was scheduled for delivery last Thursday and it still has not been delivered. Why bother offering a selectable delivery date if you aren't capable of meeting it??

Shipping was free with code but I was still charged 39.99. Both discount codes didn't work. Definitely would have been happy if the free shipping worked. Rip off. Buy the knock offs and get free shipping.
