Order did not arrive on time

I haven’t even received the item. It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift (it’s Sunday evening). Was supposed to be here Thursday. Still no date on the tracker.

I have not receive the flowers, I order them a week prior for Mother's Day. They were not delivered on time.

The Presentation For the 24 k Gold Roses that I spent 200 Bucks for was not worth It. The Presentation to the Quality to the size was not what I was expecting for a 200 plus purchase .

Not good.....

I got my delivery and all the flowers were loose and tattered. When I reached out to customer service with pictures I never received a response back. They looked almost used and returned.

My initial order came damaged. I reached out to customer service and they offered me a credit of the dollar amount I had spent or a replacement. When I ordered the second time, my order was marked as delivered but it was not actually delivered. I have since started the investigation process with the courier so here’s hoping.

Ordered Roses to arrive the day before engagement and it was fully paid for. I received an email the item with tracking. The item did not arrive, and I called UPS to see what happened and they said the item was never shipped. I had to look for hours on Saturday to find something locally. I contacted the company on their phone number given and I did not get anyone, and it goes to an email. No one called. It seemed liked someone scammed me. I went on line to see if I can get a person to say I do not need it no more as you missed the engagement. No response with a person as they did not care. I disputed the charge with AM EXP and send them a massage to not to ship the product 3 days after the fact and mentioned if you send it will be rejected. No one listens and I saw an email from UPS that they send the product, and I rejected delivery as mentioned. Difficult company to deal with and do not recommend to anyone. Customer service is as bad as it gets.
