This is the 3rd snail mail appeal that we have done through Mailworks, and I couldn't be happier. Everyone is extremely helpful (and I definitely needed some hand-holding through the process,) and everything is done in a timely manner. They make you feel that your mailing is as important to them as it is to you. I also appreciated that they allowed me to use a coupon even though my total was just under the required minimum that the coupon called for. As a really small non-profit, every dollar counts. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a paper sample which helps a lot! I scheduled a call to get all of my questions answered! Whenever I call customer service I get a live person! The pieces in the order came in a wrap which was nice! My customer loves the final product and I do too! Thank you!
