The website is difficult to navigate…
The website is difficult to navigate and is not user-friendly. The information is not saved and I can't tell you how many times we punched in the same thing. Extremely frustrating at times. The girls are nice and I realize that with covid-19 everybody's out of the rhythm . Megan was wonderful with her graphics and returned calls in a timely manner

I loved the attention Pretty Polite…
I loved the attention Pretty Polite provided me as a customer. I ordered some proofs and I am waiting for them to arrive. I loved their website and ease of use. Looking forward to working with the in the near future.

Beautiful invitations and I loved the…
Beautiful invitations and I loved the ability to edit them and review before printing. Very disappointed to find out that the .40 envelope liner upgrade charge is just a piece of scrap book paper and a glue stick. For an additional .40 per envelope I was expecting them to be professionally lined.

The invitation itself is great quality…
The invitation itself is great quality and beautiful. However, it took over two weeks to receive them and I found the font to be way too small for size of invitation.

Normal ordering fine, advanced features suck
It was fine ordering normally, but when I went through the first time and tried to ship to/add multiple addresses it was hell. PP should do some UX testing on their customers' purchasing journey.

Hi Tyler, I am so sorry you had less than a 5 star experience with our company. We take every comment to heart and will explore the option to have multiple shipping addresses. We haven't come across the issue before but are glad to have the opportunity to create a feature that will benefit others in the future.
