Maigan works directly with our customers to confirm that all designs are print ready and make any necessary recommendations to ensure the best quality, and your design is high-resolution and met all printing standards. While we do offer premium options, the stock you chose is the thickest cover stock in our inventory. If you were to consider using us again, we would be happy to send you a free sample kit that includes all of our stocks and finishing options.

Hi Alison, We are sorry that you're unhappy with your envelopes. Free printing and addressing envelopes is a service we're proud to offer, but these designs are limited by USPS regulations. Darkening the graphics on your design would have caused the mailing to be deemed undeliverable by the Post Office. We strive to deliver exactly what our customers want, and that's why our proofing process is so important. We don't print until the design is approved, however a digital design on a computer can look different from a printed piece. We are sorry for any confusion that may have occurred during this process and for your dissatisfaction. Your designer will be reaching out to you as well.

We're sorry you were unhappy with your custom samples. Our records show that these were shipped 3 days after your approval. Samples are shipped through the Post Office so, unfortunately, we are unable to control the delivery dates and there is no tracking available. Would it be possible for you to email your designer explaining these imperfections? We have reviewed your printed samples and can't identify any crookedness. We think these are stunning and want you to be just as happy with them! We'd be happy to give you a reprint free of charge.

We're very sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. It seems like this may be a miscommunication, so we would like to address your review. Once an order is approved by the customer, it is printed and shipped from our facility within 3 business days. All of our custom samples are delivered free of charge through USPS, and delivery time is between 5-7 business days. It's unfortunate that this order was approved on Labor Day weekend because this holiday delayed the production and delivery of your sample. The mistake with your address was also a miscommunication. No address information was included with your custom uploaded artwork, so when it was approved with no back design, we continued with the production. As a small company we truly appreciate each customer and order. We want to work together to make this right! If you would like to receive another sample, please email your designer with the complete artwork. If you do not have a final design, you and your designer can team up to create the missing pieces. Then we'll mail you a printed card free of charge. Thanks you for your feedback. We will use this information to be more clear with our customers in the future and avoid potential misunderstandings!
