Beautiful invitations and I loved the ability to edit them and review before printing. Very disappointed to find out that the .40 envelope liner upgrade charge is just a piece of scrap book paper and a glue stick. For an additional .40 per envelope I was expecting them to be professionally lined.

Pretty Polite is absolutely wonderful. You get to talk to the designers to help customize your order. Everything arrived in a beautiful box and assembly was so easy. I love supporting local businesses and will use Pretty Polite in the future!

Awesome experience and quality!

Pretty Polite is The Best! I will never go elseware for invitations or cards. Maigan made the whole process of designing a card for my sister’s bridal shower a breeze! The cards are absolutely beautiful and working with Maigan was wonderful. She always got back to me quickly and was definitely very patient with me.

The designer I worked with, Meagan, could not have been nicer! I provided my own Save the Date creative and they printed and addressed all the envelopes for me. In fact, when my Save the Dates arrived, they were slightly darker in coloring than the sample I had approved. When I contacted customer support, they immediately sent me a new batch of perfect cards and were very apologetic for the mishap. I would HIGHLY recommend Pretty Polite to anyone!! Your order and money are safe here!

Ordered two samples. Took over 3 weeks to receive. Once received printing was off-centered and sides of invitations were crooked. Would expect much higher attention to detail when having to pay $7 per sample when most invitation companies offer this for free or at a much lower cost.

We're sorry you were unhappy with your custom samples. Our records show that these were shipped 3 days after your approval. Samples are shipped through the Post Office so, unfortunately, we are unable to control the delivery dates and there is no tracking available. Would it be possible for you to email your designer explaining these imperfections? We have reviewed your printed samples and can't identify any crookedness. We think these are stunning and want you to be just as happy with them! We'd be happy to give you a reprint free of charge.

As a designer working with brides, it is easy to come up with a lot of questions, comments and changes, but everyone at Pretty Polite that I was in contact with was extremely helpful and understanding. Their email response time was impressive and the delivery package was even thoughtful. I will be using them moving forward for all of my wedding invitation needs.
