I am astounded with how quick and talented the designers are at Pretty Polite!! Everyone was super helpful throughout the whole process and incredibly kind and professional. I ordered completely custom wedding invitations and rsvp cards and within a matter of days I already had them. My order was absolutely beautiful. My invitations were all I could have ever wanted and more! They have excellent communication and they put their heart into what they do and it definitely shows. I highly recommend them!! Definitely plan to go through them for future events!

Our save the date cards and invitations exceeded our expectations and are absolutely beautiful. The pretty polite team was quick with both of my orders and made sure I approved of everything before shipment. Couldn't be happier!

Do not recommend this company!
For the price you pay for their invitations, you would think they would have outstanding customer service, but they don't. I received the envelopes I ordered and literally half of them had bent corners. I didn't notice it until we were putting everything together, so the envelopes had already been prepped with the custom stamps we ordered through them. I contacted the agent, and she offered to remake the envelopes but not the stamps and would not rush ship them to me. In addition to that, she had the nerve to basically say that I should have checked the envelopes prior to putting the stamps on them, even after she admitted that the envelope defect is something they have had problems with before. It's not the customer's fault when no one at your facility checks to make sure all products are sent out in perfect order!

Hi Naveera,
We are deeply sorry that you are unhappy with this outcome. Of the 200 envelopes you ordered, you mentioned about 30+ had a small bend to the interior corner. In this circumstance, it's our policy to reprint and ship you corrected envelopes and liners, free of charge. Unfortunately, since the custom printed stamps had already been affixed, this complicated our reprint policy. Additionally, custom stamps are printed following USPS regulations through a third party and we would have been unable to meet your 2 day delivery deadline. In order to rectify this error and express our apology, we offered and you accepted a $100 refund. Again, we apologize that this end result has left you unhappy.
We have disabled the use of this envelope machine and, as of last week, have begun production with brand new equipment. We hope that you'll give us another chance to provide you with high quality prints and our 5 star rated customer service.

I have used Pretty Polite cards for my save the dates, wedding invitations and thank yous, and now for my daughter’s birth announcement and have loved the whole process!
