When my order arrived the image on the envelopes was way too light. They sent out a replacement which was still not as pictured on the website. Disappointed. Will not order from them again.

I have had only the best experiences with Mailworks. The staff is very professional and always courteous. I have been working directly with Natalie Wonders for years. She is such a huge help to our Association. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to our unique needs, I never worry about any of our mailing/printing because I know she will take care of it with ease!!

I already had invitations that were paid for and in the design process when I came across Pretty Polite through an Instagram ad. I had made a lot of compromises with my other invitations so wasn't all that excited about them. Working with Pretty Polite was a completely different experience from the beginning and I was only doing a sample at the time. The level of attention was incredible, Maigan was an absolute joy to work with and I am not an easy customer. We went through several rounds of edits and she was always willing to make the requested edits. I customized the botanical suite especially the save the date and she was so helpful, even asking for the measurements of the heart magnet I kept from the previous vendor (returned everything else after receiving Pretty Polite's sample) in order to ensure that the copy wrapped perfectly around it. I can't say enough good things about the level of customer service and product quality that was provided through Pretty Polite. Oh and when it came time to place my full order, Maigan alerted me to an upcoming sale which saved me $100. She didn't have to do that, but that goes to show how great their customer service is. Absolutely loved working with them and the end product, my new go to for all things stationary!
