We were extremely impressed with Mailworks timeliness, especially during the holiday season. Our mailing went out on time and it certainly helped in this time of a pandemic, for the attention that was afforded to our requests. We would certainly use Mailworks again in the future.

Great communication and fast turn around although a reorder feature would be great on your site.

We wanted to be sure to support a local business when designing our cards this year and working with The Mailworks/Sierra made the process, simple, easy and stress free. I sent her a quick email with little direction and some photos then within 24 hours I had a perfect card designed and ready to sent. Thank you for you professional service, creative talent and helping create the perfect card for our family this year!

Sierra and Stacy were so great to work with on this mailing. Stacy walked me through how to place an order online and Sierra was wonderful with status updates and projections of maildrop dates.

My project manager was knowledgeable about right product for my project, walked me through the ordering and had a very helpful disposition which is much appreciated. Great to shop local and amazingly competitive prices!

I have been using The Mailworks since they opened (Brigar prior to that where many of them had worked). Working for the largest private Direct mailing company (Gardenway in Troy), my reliance on my vendors was paramount. The Mailworks provided a more than ample staff of capable employees and machinery to allow me peace of mind. They never missed a deadline, and more often than not were finished ahead of schedule! I started my own business 25 years ago and although I was not doing the volume of work we had done at Gardenway, The Mailworks was a key vendor. I've done pretty much every kind of mailing project imaginable in 50 plus years in the business and have not had a vendor that is willing to provide: methods more efficient, more cost effective, more creative than The Mailworks. They do all this with a highly knowledgeable and friendly staff of professionals, many who have been there from day one and I know by name. I would not hesitate to suggest them to anyone needing their expertise. Ronald Lawrence President Ron Lawrence Marketing Inc.
