The watch I ordered is certainly legitimate and arrived in it's original box with all tags, papers, and protective film still applied. The free shipping did not meet the "7-10 business days" time frame and I actually didn't get any shipping updates until after I contacted the company via email on day 11; I did start getting updates almost immediately after I contacted them and received the watch a few days later. The price did beat all the other grey market sellers and I got the watch before Father's Day so I don't really mind the delay. In summary, if your willing to deal with slower order fulfillment and shipping delays, you can really save some money with the Luxury Direct.

Great prices and overall a great experience. The only reason that I am not giving a five star is because when I placed the order I selected 5-6 days delivery option. It was more like a two week turn around with poor initial communication when first inquired on the status of my purchase. Would I attempt to make another purchase from them, Absolutely YES!!

Shipping was delayed, but other than that, all good with the order. Well packaged and no defects. They provided extra clear lenses as well.
