We have seen the real building in Rome and it is great. We loved your model, but thought that the lighting could be directional, like the real thing - more one side than the other - what do you think?

I recently ordered the iLLum grandeur yet received some type of industrial part in my package. I originally posted on here, thinking I was scammed. Thankfully, I have been in contact with the customer care, and they are just as confused as I am. It seems that someone might have tampered with my package in the midst of it being shipped. TheLuminLab has been diligent in their investigation into this issue and will be sending me the item again. They have been a little slow to respond to my emails, but I now understand it is because they have a very small team of 3 craftsmen that craft each lamp as well as respond to emails. I look forward to receiving the true item I ordered and will leave another review once I have it.
