Do not!!! I repeat!!! Do not order from this company!!! Everything about them is a scam! Can’t return anything. I paid $7 to get three items shipped to me and costs over $100 to return a defective item! Millie and Maria always have an answer to your frustration. Don’t even try to get anywhere with them. Why you have to return the item to Italy is ridiculous. I didn’t get it from there. It is the most awful experience I have ever had ordering online. AGAIN DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It’s terrible! BTW I put the toy in the trash it cost $70. I wish I could give a negative star but it only goes down to one. I wish I read the reviews before I placed my order. I also paid the shipping fee to have it delivered before Christmas and didn’t get it until 4 days after Christmas. Never again! Do not even look at this store!!!

This company is a fraud! I placed an order in early November for $167 of toys for my Grandson for Christmas. I still don't have the toys, and they refuse to refund me. All communication is via email, and it takes weeks to get a response. My last interaction with a customer service rep (Little Learner's made me remove her name from this review stating that it was personal information)had her requesting me to get verification from my post office that the order wasn't delivered when the tracking clearly states that the order didn't clear customs and was returned to China!!! Please don't waste your money or time dealing with this company. I'm still praying for a refund but reality is telling me this is a live and learn lesson.

Ordered a toy for christmas and when we received it was package horribly and the toy felt sooo cheap. Keep away!

Like soooo many others on this site. We ordered the 2 pack Giant Jelly Balloon Balls as a Christmas gift for our grandkids. On that day when they opened the box, one ball was torn around the seal significantly so can’t be used. The other one while intact was impossible to inflate because the piercing tool provided would not pierce the valve to allow for inflation. So not usable either. My wife emailed the company, complete with a picture of the torn balloon. Two weeks later she gets a reply from (a person whose name I am not allowed to use as apparently it is against the company’s policy and there was an inferred threat they would investigate further. Whatever that means, so I have had to remove the name)" Sorry you are outside the return date policy. We can't help you. When my wife explained the ball was damaged AND it had take the company two weeks to respond, the response was the same.

Do NOT order from this company!! Total scam. I ordered a wall punch toy for my son’s birthday in December. The toy arrived weeks later, with no battery. I emailed the company and they “escalated” the case. I eventually got an email saying that the batteries are not included in the toy. Furthermore, the representative told me they aren’t sure which battery I need, nor how to get it. They assured me my case would continue to be escalated. this whole company is a scam. Who sells a $100 toy- with no battery? It’s crap. Highly recommend going elsewhere

Ordered Galaxy Lights Flying Magic Orb - Christmas Collection (order 2 get one free). Two burned out and one did not work at all. Asked for refund, but had to return the items to ITALY and pay for the shipping (Little Learners would not reimburse). How ridiculous is that policy?

Misleading Promotion – Buy One Get One Free Not Honoured I purchased the Little Learners jelly balloon based on their Buy 1 Get 1 Free advertisement. The free balloon was never included with my order. I contacted customer service immediately and have followed up with several emails over the past three weeks. Despite repeated contact, I have not received the missing item, a clear resolution, or a meaningful response. I keep getting the runaround with delays and vague replies, but no action. At this point, the promotion feels misleading and the lack of follow-through makes this experience feel very close to being scammed. Very disappointing customer service and advertising that was not honoured. I would not recommend purchasing based on promotional offers from this company.

After placing an order I immediately realised the item wasn’t suitable and cancelled within the time specified on their site, despite this my request to cancel was ignored and the item sent. On trying to contact the “help desk” they couldn’t process a return until I had received the item and even then they were difficult to deal with and unhelpful whenever I did get a reply. I was dealing with Millie throughout and I did not find her level of customer service very good at all. I will not be ordering from them again.
