I ordered $300 of toys for Christmas and tried to change my order within hours of original contact. I was informed it was too late to make a change but could return the product or a full refund once received. I did this at a cost of $90 postage (to Italy) and Little Learners refused customs clearance in Milan and the parcel was returned to Australia. For some reason it was then sent back to Italy and refused once again. My return is finally back in Sydney after 5 months of international travel and without a refund! STEER CLEAR!!

This company deserves 0 stars. They promised that I could get refunded, had to pay for $87 worth postage to send it back to Italy for Canada Post to say that it will be destroyed and not returned to sender since there was no one to pick it up at the address they gave me. Followed all the steps they told me for the return process and this is the outcome. DO NOT BUY ANYTHNG FROM THEM. 0 CREDIBILITY.

Your company doesn't care. You have horrible customer service. Been waiting for a refund since Dec. 30, 2025.

Bought an AI stem robot but cancelled 5mins after placing the order as I found out it's not really AI at all and they acknowledged my email and my cancellation. After 5 days of emails back and forth and being reassured that my cancellation was being dealt with and that the shipping update I had got was in error. They then emailed me again to tell me that actually the items already been dispatched and there isn't much they can now do even though it clearly states on their website and T&C that you can cancel within 6hours of ordering and I was well within that time frame.

SCAM RE DELIVERIES I was chasing the company for three months with two disputes opened re the delivery of the gift I have purchased. The item was delivered by Yodel almost at midnight around festive season - dropped at the door with no proof of that it was picked up by residents. The gift was stolen at night. Never got the gift, had to pay for it as well as they even blocked my email address as I was trying to contact them and find the gift. The emails started to bounce back. They use proof of delivery “the picture of dropped item at the door at night “ UNREAL RUDNESS and SCAM

I purchased an item and wanted to return it. It took time for them to reply to me with details of where to return it. I sent it off only to have it returned to me about 6 weeks later without a reason. I have attempted to contact them but no reply. That was over two weeks ago.

Might be running from two websites. Be aware! 1 Star Report to trading standards Very disappointing experience from start to finish. My order was initially marked as delivered but was missing. The company provided little support and I had to contact the courier myself, only to discover the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address. When the item finally arrived, the product quality was extremely poor. The robot barely functioned, repeatedly saying “I am here” and failing to respond properly during interaction. The charging dock also felt unstable, which raised safety concerns. I was asked to provide proof and send the item back. The return address provided was in Italy, despite the company listing a New York address on their website. I returned the item using tracked shipping to the exact address supplied, but the parcel was later sent back to me as undeliverable. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank. The combination of poor customer support, faulty product, inconsistent business addresses, and a failed return process has been exhausting. I would not purchase from this company again.

Absolute scam company!!!! Do not but from there. Total waste of money, didn’t arrive when it said. To return the item I paid postage to Italy which was £15. I’ve just had the item retuned from Royal Mail. Out of pocket and not happy. Do not buy. Disappointed
