I naively thought I had found a reputable online company that would supply quality products for my grandchildren so I ordered and paid $US for 17 products from this company's website - 8 products were unsatisfactory. The others are from Montessori sourced by this company so I trust they will be okay. I am still waiting for the last item. We trust that companies, particularly online ones- as there is no physical store to walk into, will provide the exact goods they advertise they will provide. The Giant Jelly Balloon Ball ended up being called a hiaofaballon decoration balloon- two for one. The 60cm grey elephant baby pillow was not plush as the images advertised. It arrived in an airtight bag wrapped around The Wooden Block Set (too small for toddlers) and the Cheese threading toy (only decent toy in the pack). All were squashed into the mail bag. The Ring Toss Game Set, I could have bought from a local $2+ Shop- lightweight plastic, which was also squashed in its mail bag. Today, I received the five Custom Name Montessori Wooden Boards with dull colours, a scratched letter; a letter with a deep groove; a piece that didn't quite fit and a missing rocket from the Rocket name board, unlike the name boards advertised in their video. I had looked forward to presenting the gifts to my grandchildren. I'm a bit embarrassed to now. Luckily, I have been able to correspond with a staff member, Millie R, as I received the products. I would like to return the 8 unsatisfactory products and receive a refund but their Call Centre for returned products, is in la pugia, Italy. I won't be sending them. I will not purchase any more products from this company nor will I recommend any of their products to anyone. E Baledrokadroka Disgruntled Grandma

I am editing my review from one star to two. I initially didn’t think this was a legit company due to the customer service response and the time length it took for us to receive out item we ordered months ago. However, we have received the item. This company first shipped our item to another part of Texas that we live no where around. It took weeks for them to admit their fault. Next they said they were going to reship and the item and never did until I reached after giving them ample time to resend (about a little over a month). It was only then they decided to reship. We finally received the item. I would not order from this company again due to the time length it takes for customer service to respond to any questions and they did not confirm the correct shipping location for the second shipment. It was also sent to the wrong location but thankfully I we ended up with it. This was a very stressful transaction and not worth the hassle. One more thing to add… The phone number on their website is a bogus phone number. I’ve tried calling it numerous times which makes the situation all more frustrating. Don’t offer a phone number if you don’t intend to use it.
