BUYER BEWARE!!!! I needed to return a magnetic track they sell on their website, hoping its connections would fit with tracks I currently have for my grandchildren. I requested a return and completed their process of sending them a picture of the packaging and box, only to run into more problems. Their ONLY option was to MAIL it via USPS to ITALY! Yes, you heard that right! However, after I packaged it back up the post office guy said they just received training on June 3, 2026 that USPS can NO LONGER ship items with Lithium batteries!!! Since the little cars recharge via a USB cord, he said they contain such a battery. Although the rep I spoke to was polite since they do not have any sub stations in the US I could ship it too or another way to get it to them, I was OUT OF LUCK. So again, … BUYER BEWARE of this company!!!!

If I could give this a zero I would!! Very high priced piece of garbage!! DO NOT BUY THE MOTORCYCLE!! it’s very poor quality! Cheaply made plastic and the music is in CHINESE!!! My one year only grandchild is learning English!! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY. This motorcycle is $139 and maybe worth $20!

Worst customer service and it’s not a US company as it tries to portray itself. It’s in china and everything comes from china with terrible return policy. Do not buy from this company.

Just sharing my recent experience with Little Learners Toys in case it helps other Australian parents. I placed an order believing this was an Australian-based business because: - the website prominently displayed an NSW Australia address - pricing on the product page was shown simply as “$151” and I did not clearly see it was USD - the overall presentation strongly gave the impression of a local Australian store After payment, I discovered I had actually been charged approximately AUD $217 including overseas transaction fees. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. One of the toys I purchased as a birthday gift arrived with its original retail box already opened. Other purchased items had been stuffed inside that retail box and the package was shipped without proper outer protection, causing severe damage to the original retail packaging. Another children’s electronic product arrived without clear manufacturer information, safety instructions, or documentation normally expected for children’s electronic products supplied to Australian consumers. When I requested a refund, I was told I would need to pay tracked international return shipping to Italy at my own expense. I contacted local shipping providers and the lowest quote I received was over AUD $60. The return center turned out to be located in Italy, despite the website prominently displaying an Australian NSW address. I have now lodged a bank dispute and am considering lodging complaints through consumer protection channels. Just wanted to share my experience so other consumers can make informed decisions before purchasing.

Terrrible experience. We ordered a camera for our kid’s birthday. It was supposed to come within 9 days and didn’t get to us until over 50 days later. I asked for a refund after three weeks and they just kept putting me off. I would absolutely never order from them again unless you are comfortable knowing you might never get it and certainly it’s unlikely you’ll get it on time. So disappointing.

This company promised my granddaughters birthday gift would arrive on time as I had ordered it in the time limit they say my order would arrive , I’m a pensioner so money is very short , I emailed them and they said we will get your order to you , it still hasn’t arrived and I had to tell my granddaughter I had no birthday gift for her 😢😢 I’m so upset the face on my granddaughter I will never forget days have passed and it still hasn’t arrived 😡😡😡😡😡 I will never order anything from this company and when it eventually arrives I’m sending it back The company have said it will be at my expense this company is awful they don’t care no sympathy for a customer at all

Missing parts when my order arrived and despite early engagement by customer service, the communication fell off a cliff and despite multiple attempts, no engagement back was received for my simple request to post the missing pieces. Quality of toy also poor when arrived and product eats through batteries extremely quickly+++. I will not be buying from this company again

I purchased from their website which promised free returns. The toy I received was unsuitable for a young child. Too many small parts. When I tried to return it, they revealed that they had a policy requiring me to pay postage. They said that the product had to be shipped to Bari, Italy. The postage would have been $70 to return a $60 dollar toy. When I looked at their office address on Google Maps it looks like a vacant lot.
