I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve experienced a lot of difficultly and poor customer service from this company when trying to return an item. I’ve been fobbed off with emails saying my return will be processed once the item has been received but it was sent a month ago and they keep saying the same thing. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

Buyer beware!! Purchased two Tiny Biker for my grandsons 1st birthday. False advertisement, the only language the music comes on is Chinese. Customer service pretended as though she didn't know! What company sells a toy in the Unites States where the nursery songs are not in Enhlish, and states that there is Bluetooth capabilities where there is not. Worst $280 I've ever spent! Makes me sick!

Just received the “Montessori” car play mat, and to be honest this is just Chinese “crap”. There is no way this was worth £28! It is a cheap thin mat with 4 cars and flimsy accessories. You shouldn’t even be able to advertise it as “Montessori”

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an expensive toy and immediately realised it would not be delivered in time for my grandsons birthday so I cancelled it straight away. They replied straight away that it was ok and then delivered it anyway. It took weeks to come and I was told to return it for a refund. I followed all their instructions to the letter and waited. It took weeks to get there and when I checked the tracking notice they had strangely decided yo return it that same day. I was told to wait till it returned to me and send photos of it so they could try to work out what had gone wrong and then they would refund me. I said that was not good enough as it was not my fault. After a number of extra email exchanges I thought they were not listening to me so I asked if Mille was a robot. Lo and behold she is. The company is a complete sham and con. Then I looked at reviews and found I am not alone. also the reviews on there website are all entirely 5 star and false. In addition I ordered the toy from amazon and it arrived on time and was HALF THE PRICE

Ordered the giant jelly ball and pump. Ball never inflated to the ball that they advertise. Never got that big. Tried to reinflate and ball had holes. They give a lot of patches for fixing these issues (big clue that this is a problem) but still never worked. Tried contacting customer service. Although they did answer they require pictures of the ball and then ask for pictures of the ball inflated and the holes in it. Ridiculous that you have to jump through so many hoops to try and get a refund on a VERY expensive toy. Word of caution-do not purchase from this company. I have not received a refund-only more questions to make it extremely difficult on the consumer. Do better! Stand behind your products! Never again will I purchase anything from your company!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I’m going to post as many negative reviews as I can about my experience with Little Learners. I spent over $400 of hard-earned money on what I thought would be quality toys for my grandchildren. They are cheaply-made and not safe. They arrived in beat up, torn boxes with Chinese lettering outside and inside on the instructions. I was expecting high-quality long-lasting toys based on your website. It’s a bogus website with AI photos, stories and reviews. Because of my experience, I’ve went online and discovered many other disgruntled terrible reviews for you mentioning the exact troubles I’ve had. I now see that you are a group of people who scam others and make it expensive and near-impossible to return items for a refund. Really? Don’t you know that nothing happens in a vacuum and that what you put out into the world, comes back into your life? It’s sad there are people in the world like you who care more about money than concern for other human beings and your own integrity. It’s love your soul is looking for and you won’t find it this way.

This company is fraudulent. If you have issues take them to small claims court. Don’t buy from these people.

Received a tricycle from this company as a gift. The quality is bottom of the barrel shipped straight from China; was surprised that it cost over a hundred dollars. The bike plays music... in Chinese. SCAM. Photos on the website are either AI or photoshopped.
