Still waiting for the balance of my order. Perhaps it will arrive for my grandchildren’s birthdays instead of Christmas. Their tracking system is useless and hasn’t updated in over a month. Time for a resolution with the US Federal Trade Commission.

The quality was horrible. My package arrived damaged and they offered me a refund of 10% towards a gift card or 5% refund. Very cheap materials. Also, misleading as it says, will ship in 3 to 4 days. It was more like 20 days. The product was also made in China.

Product was cheap and definitely not worth the price - not at all what we expected based on the pictures on the website. They fail to mention on the website that in order to return you have to courier to Italy and pay the return cost (which costs about as much as the product itself) - I expect this is to make the return process burdensome enough that you don't go through with it. Definitely wouldn't purchase from this website again and had to order a replacement gift from another merchant since what we received was junk.

I placed an order and within an hour contacted them to cancel due to Nana purchasing the same items I purchased. They don't return emails, messages, and when you call within their office hours 9am-5pm, no one answers the phone. They post on their site that you can call them, which I did and no answer. They say they return phone calls, they don't. They say they answer emails within 24 hours, they don't. It's funny that they can't respond to anything, yet they have people to fill orders. I got an email saying my order was being processed, despite asking for it to be cancelled. All around, I would not recommend shopping from this site or company.

I ordered a camera online on the 16th of November. I have used the tracking details to confirm that it has been dispatched and is in transit. The last update saying it was in transit was the 23rd of November. I have since sent 2 emails and tried to call the customer service line. I’ve had no response. It is now the 1st of December and I still haven’t received my order or any response from their team. Seriously disappointed! Maybe don’t advertise such efficient shipping times if you cannot guarantee them. They said 2-6 days in Australia. It’s not almost been a month!

I ordered the Giant Jelly Ball & was sent a 5" Glow in the Dark Jelly Balloon that isn't even represented on their website. I complained-they told me to blow it up more which of course only worked until it got to be about 20 inches wide then the surface split. I complained again they sent me a gift certificate suggesting i order again - which i did - got the same wrong product. They just keep telling me it's the same as the Giant Balloon which it simply isn't. The packaging is different, the size is different, and the "straw" to blow up the small balloon is a choke hazard and would never be adequate to fill the Giant Balloon with air or water - both illustrated on their website. Hoping my credit card company will address the product discrepancy and cancel their payment. The response from Little Learners is simply not true. They sent me a different product than advertised on their website. I have the pictures to prove it.

Complete fraud. Ordered two products and was given a 24 day shipping estimate. Upon attempting to cancel my order, I was told I could not. I never received my order ever, despite paying $78 and expedited shipping. Horrible scam. Do not buy anything from these scammers.

Please be warned this is not a legitimate company. We never received the products we ordered and they would not reissue the shipment, nor would they reimburse the expense. They simply ignored our inquiries. There is a reason you can always find a sale here--they are just taking the money without delivering the product.
