The company has sent me a product that was sitting in my list. I have been in contact and they are asking to take photos so the products can be returned and before they give me the return address. The amount of money I was charged was ridiculous then on top of that I had to pay for the postage to be returned.

Goods were not delivered safely. Stated they had been delivered and signed for but in reality were left in the street outside the address. They even sent me a photo to show me the parcels had been delivered but it showed a parcel in the street outside a closed shop. No refund no replacement. Many dollars and presents wasted. Never again!

Ordered a camera in November for my granddaughter for a Christmas party on the 18th. Have no info whatsoever and have received a vague response from customer service. Will not be ordering again and if this arrives late I’ll be returning it.

Waiting for camera ordered on 11/20/23. Shipping tracking is sketchy with no movement. Millie is supposed to be checking into it but have not heard back. This was a gift needed by 12/23 but not confident it will ever arrive. Very disappointing.

I ordered the flower bed and the bubble/bouncy toy on 25th November and still haven't heard back re confirmation or tracking number or when my products will be arriving. They are meant to be for Christmas for my grandchildren. I was very annoyed that currency was in USD and not AUD. Can you please confirm when I will receive these products. Nancy Murray

did not recieve My order. enailed company who said it was delivered. company said to contact local courier. Courier said it was little learners corner to replace items. I relayed this information to conpany with no redponse. I should have read reviews first. not the only one scamed

Your shipping details say delivery time is 2 to 6 days. Then after I made the payment I received an email informing me that dispatch time is 2 to 6 days and delivery is 10 to 12 days. This is deceitful and means my Grand daughter won't receive her gift on time. I won't be buying from you again

This might be the only way to contact this company. I placed an order on 23rd November 2023. Did not receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I have sent 2 emails but gave had no answer as yet. Please advise.
