Scam. I ordered 2 x MP3/ MP4 players for my daughters as Christmas gifts. Only the headphones arrived, no music players. I emailed and 2 days later Millie replied to say that my order had been delivered, ignoring the part of my email that stated that only part of my order was delivered. Furthermore I was charged in USD when the company pretends to be Australian. No clear communication about currency. I have received no further correspondence from Millie about either a refund or if a second delivery has been dispatched, probably not. So now no gifts for my girls on Christmas Day.

My emails to customer service have gone unanswered ....as soon as I ordered $55 bubble ball... I received email that same ball had been discounted to $39. No phone number to call- says to email ...my emails have not been answered....

I ordered a flying light ball and a bracelets making kit. I was given one tracking number. The ball arrived, it is such poor quality. It’s not even worth $2. It takes an hour to charge and only runs for 10 mins and the battery is drained. The bracelet making kit never arrived. I have sent two emails, reached out through the online comments section of the website and even responded to a survey link and they have not responded at all! I asked Afterpay to investigate and this supplier simply asked for evidence of emails sent to them and before I had a chance to supply the emails, the marked the dispute as resolved. They are dodgy as. I will be going to fair trading next as I paid $133 for something that is worth nothing. They should be shut down.

This company is misleading, fraudulent and not transparent. There are many reasons not to use this company. 1. Portrayed as an Australian company with address in Villawood. This is untrue. Company of unknown origin (although goods came 3 weeks after delivery from I believe China); 2. Goods are misleadingly shown in AUD, however, charged in USD and you only know this after checkout. 3. You do NOT get what you pay for. The products are cheap and of poor quality. 4. Delivery time was a lie. 3-5 days delivered was promised online when purchasing. Then after paying you get an email saying 3-5 days is for dispatch and products will be 10-12 days. My goods (those that arrived from my order) arrived 3 WEEKS later. 5. Missing items from order and no communication regarding this was responded to. No way of getting a refund or even the cheap good sent. Not happy. This scam needs to be stopped. Same products can be purchased online from Temu at a quarter of the cost.

Regarding Order: MAU58357. I ordered a flying spinner ball. It does not work as described. I requested a refund several days ago and I have not received an authorization nor any communication. I also tried to call several times only to get a recorded call. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend ordering through this site.

Have not received the products to be able to rate them but delivery time information is misleading and inaccurate. I paid extra for “3-5 business days”. Once order is placed, a message arrives that “we hope to have your order processed in 3-5 business days. Once processed, expect 10-12 days to receive your order.” That information should be made known prior to submitting order!
