I am extremely disappointed with this company as I ordered items for my grandsons, only to find after I committed to the payment, that it was in U.S. dollars, therefore almost double the cost. Despite an email immediately after I ordered, and four following that, requesting the order be cancelled, the payment went through. I received a reply advising the correct department would be advised, but this obviously did not happen as I am stuck with goods which are ridiculously priced.

My order was placed incorrectly. I caught the error immediately and began emailing and leaving voice messages. No return calls or replies to my emails. Now I see my order has been shipped.

I bought an MP3 player for my son and it was faulty. I emailed customer service and by the time they responded to my email I was on holiday. They asked me to send a video of the product, and I did once I returned home from my holiday. But apparently it was too late (30 days) for their warranty and they refused to replace the product. Terrible customer service and cheap products. I’ll never buy from them again and I advise you don’t either.

An absolute nightmare to deal with. Waiting on an MP3 player that was a Christmas present for my son and was not sent with my original order .. customer service is abysmal, running rings around me and offering no solution until finally a week ago I was told a replacement has been sent, but when I asked for tracking info I was told by “Millie” that she would have to ask the relevant department… an absolute sham of a company. A massive disappointment. Consumer affairs it is.

I ordered the balloon that you can play with that was but one get one free. Both balloons popped within a half hour of the kids just pushing on it up in the air. I asked for a refund and they responded with 60% off another merchandise or 20% back on my card. This is totally not acceptable because other companies give 100% refund. Also they emailed me even before I received the package asking how I like it. This company needs to get organized and be more customer focused.

Very unhappy with this company. I discovered once I checked my visa that I had been charged in US dollars where the website implies that they are an Aussie company, so it cost me way more than expected. When my grandson opened his present, the kit came with only Asian instructions, there was no English instructions at all. The website clearly states that you could follow along with clear instructions!! I feel they have misrepresented the product completely. I would never have brought this if I knew it didn't come with any useful instructions on how to put the kit together. I emailed them and was told because I didn't advise them within 14 days it was my tough luck. Don't use this company it's a rip off

Company pretends to be an Australian one and naturally you expect to pay in AUD. However they charge in US dollars - but there is NO WAY to know this until you see the inflated number in your credit card statement. At no stage is any currency denomination shown, just the Australian name and address at the bottom: The Little Learners Toys 246 Miller Rd, Villawood NSW 2163 Australia It is either incompetence or deliberate - you decide. The delivery times are also nonsense, expect 3x while it makes its way from China.

I believe I’ve been scammed, will find out if my items return.The packaging is embarrassing, not sure if it works just some markers and spoons.Very disappointed for the amount of money spent.No reply yet from customer service but an automated reply.
