Checked the address shown on website and confirmed it as in NSW, Australia. All prices just shown as $ so assumed it to be AUD. Tried ordering a product for $101 and luckily bank declined payment due to fraud concern. While I thought I was paying AUD101, the bank said the payment they declined was for $156. Then noticed that while all costs on website I was in are shown as $, only the final total is shown as USD in very small, grey writing which is hardly noticeable. Misleading practice in my opinion.

As many other customers have stated, I would give them 0 review if I could. I have ordered Smart Fun, Immersive Worlds: AI + VR in One Set × 1 for 282.25USD. The toy was described as the one that develops/grows with you. When arrived, it became evident that the robot is not suitable/matching my kid's needs and I attempted to return it. I am resident of the US and the company address on the website appears to be New York, U.S. When I submitted the return request, the company advised that I needed to ship the purchased toys to Puglia, ITALY where their 'only logistic center is located'. The lowest cost along with the import tax would be anywhere between 350-500USD as confirmed by the post office which makes the goods UNRETURNABLE. And which means that I can't afford buying my kid a present which she would really like and use as I had spent so much and i can't recover it. Absolutely unacceptable deceitful practice which I am also reporting to consumer protection agencies and programs in the United States.

This company is terrible! The giant Jelly ball was only 24”, but they portrayed it as giant and being played with by 9 or 10year olds! The “powerful” pump was almost useless. VERY DECEPTIVE advertising!!! I just threw away $69.00!!!! So sad as it was for my 9 year old grandson’s birthday.:(

This company is horrible. Ad states 14 day returns however requires a horrific labyrinth of back and forth texts and detailed photographs. When they finally authorized the return they wanted it sent to Italy. The costs of doing so, in tandem with the original US shipping exceeded the price of the entire transaction.

Really disappointed. Order incomplete. Only received part of order. Customer service seems impossible to contact. Ph number supplied is incorrect? Is anyone there accountable? Have no instructions/no order number/no invoice/Absolutely nothing to indicate/verify anything abt this order.??? And no response for an order for children in the same household, therefore cannot offer this gift as intended.

IMHO, the products are not up to the expected quality, the boxes were crushed when we got them. Return was virtually impossible. They wanted us to pay for shipping to Italy, which was cost prohibitive. We will never do business with this "company" ever again.

I would have given zero stars - but that was not an option. I ordered some gifts that I never received. Little Learners told me to contact their courier service. They are not contactable. Little Learners informed me that they could not resend the items nor could they refund me for the items I never received. I am pretty sure this whole thing is a scam - I would not order anything from this company.

Wouldn’t even give them one star !? My bank is checking into my accounts Eder that hadn’t arrived yet !! Same old story telling me it s been sent but it just never turns up. So disappointed that you can’t trust anyone these days! What a sad world we live in ! 😢😢. Elizabeth. Nix. 0412512288
