Don't believe the 5-8 day delivery guarantee. My items were ordered on the 1st week of December. It's now 12/27 and it's still in transit. They also never mentioned the items would be shipped out of China.

I have just purchased the product (Pongo Ball), and only after completing the payment did I realise that the price was listed in USD, not AUD as I had expected. As a result, I was charged almost twice the amount. The “Contact” section shows an Australian address (NSW), which makes it easy to be misled.

Purchased the Montessori Busy House as a present for 4-month old grandson, hoping it would be something he could grow into as he gains motor skills. OKAY: Reasonable construction, cute features, numerous activities. NOT SO OKAY: ZERO product info in package, no instructions, no contact info, no care info. BAD: This toy contains little toy "worms" that are far too small for youngsters who still put things in their mouths. The website says, quote: "Is it safe for toddlers who put things in their mouths? Yes! It’s made from non-toxic, BPA-free ABS plastic with smooth edges — completely safe for everyday play. " NOT TRUE. The "worms" are definitely a choking hazard.

poor transparency from the company overall; item is coming from EU and there was no indication of that when purchasing. present for nephew will be late despite purchasing 15days in advance. slow shipment. slow updates. slow transaction overall. will not buy from company again.

I am a pensioner so watch how much I spend on my grandchildren. My credit card bill just came telling me that my $58.75 I spent was actually US dollars and charged me $92.43. This has shocked me as the address was Australian and nothing alerted me to the fact they were charging me US $. On top of that, another grandparent had bought the same present and given it the day before. My Son said not to worry because it had broken already. I am not impressed.

Idk I’m still waiting for my grandson gift. I didn’t receive it yet and I can’t find how to track it either.

I received the writing tablet which was OK and a flying spinner ball and gyroscope. When i examined the ball and gyroscope i felt they were dangerous with potential for small fingers to be injured. I also like another customer was fooled into thinking price was Australian dollars, not US which made them very expensive for the quality. I tried to return two items with no success.

I was very disappointed in the fact that I paid more than what I thought I was paying as I didn’t realise it was in USD
