Scam don’t receive the goods

we purchased the Pap Bear AI toy and the whole experience has been awful. the toy arrived weeks later than the delivery we paid for. The packaging was cheap, unprofessional, and in Chinese. The instruction manual was in Chinese too, it seems as though you are buying from an American site, yet it certainly isn't. The packaging was for a different product too, we were then sent the instructions in English to find the applications that won't connect to the toy. So it's basically a cheap teddy with wires and a voice box that isn't compatible with the apps it's meant for.

I ordered a 3D pen for my niece’s birthday. It was nearly £40. It arrived a few days ago and the box looks like it’s been sat on, many times. Now these things happen in transit but it’s been their customer service or no service that’s been a shocker. Basically, they said I could send it back, at my expense, and buy it again. clearly breaching the Sale of goods Act but don’t seem to care. They’re taking NO responsibility for the shoddy product and I wouldn’t use them again if my life depended on it. It’s been a total hassle and it looks like I’ll have further hassle as I’ll need to take it up with the credit card company I paid with, as they will be jointly liable. So, if you do lose your mind and order from these charlatans, don’t be stonewalled. Contact the credit card company you used. I know it’s a hassle but don’t be fobbed off by their “friendly” but no help advisors like Millie!

My review is for Galaxy Lights Magic Flying Orbs-With remote. We purchased 3 for our grandchildren...for $44 each and they arrived yesterday. What a joke! They arrived broken with 1 of them kind of working. The remotes are tiny and nonfunctional. Packaging was flimsy and inadequate even if product was any good whatsoever. Save your money or buy ANYTHING else. We will NEVER buy from Little Learners again!

This review page is a duplicate of the one found at Trustpilot as LLearn T (thelittlelearnerstoys.com) with the same website and contact details. I have therefore duplicate my review. An update is that I was successful in getting a charge back from my credit card company as Little Learners Toys had not supplied safe products for children (no CE or UKCA safety mark) and had not fulfilled its obligations for a full refund as notified of my wish to cancel within 14 days. This is a terrible company. The products took weeks to arrive as they were drop shipped from Asia. What arrived was cheap and poorly made, not as shown in the pictures. They had no safety marking to show they were safe for children. The customer service seems designed to stall you and avoid refunding, against UK consumer law. Although the website says you will have to pay shipping costs to return, it fails to mention that will be to Italy and very expensive. I am suspicious that the recent 5 star reviews here have been faked by the company as they hope for Christmas orders, as they don’t bear any relation to my experience.

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing the Little Learners Busy House...very cheaply made with small pieces that could easily break off creating a choking hazard for the targeted age group. I knew as soon as the package came wrapped in black plastic and in a crushed brown cardboard box with Chinese writing on it that this wasn't going to be good. Not even sure if this piece of junk is safe to donate!

Their customer service is terrible. My items were shipped to me from California yet to return them I had to send them to Italy! The cost to ship back was as much as the items, and since I only had 2 weeks to return there was no guarantee that they would arrive by the date specified. Never will I purchase from them again.

Disappointed with the busy house toy I ordered had a lot of small parts the would be dangerous for my 16month old nephew. The toy was marketed at his age group but I could not confidently gift him that toy for fear of him swallowing some of the small pieces. It also wasn’t an option to return the toy for a refund because the return postage was almost half the price of the toy as it has to be sent back to Italy.
