Disappointed in this company. I ordered two items, a keyboard and virtual reality toy for my kids for Christmas. It came in blue not pink and the quality of the item is awful ( and product has misspellings in box) The virtual reality toy is missing the important remote. I contacted customer service and they said I had to pay to ship it back to Italy. The amount of money I paid for these two items plus to return overseas? I’ll be contacting my credit card company on this one. I would be hesitant to order from here if I were you.

I cannot believe this company has even got a rating of 3.8! For a start it is not made clear that the product is coming straight from China so ordered on 1st Dec in plenty of time to see my grandchild on 14th. It didn’t arrive so had to rush out to get something else. It actually arrived today. Which in all fairness isn’t bad seeing as it had to come so far. BUT it is such cheap rubbish plastic. Nothing fits properly. There are so many tiny pieces which really aren’t appropriate for age 1-3 either from a choking hazard but also from a suitability aspect. It looks cheap and gaudy to appeal to a 1-3 year old but the motor skills involved are ridiculously hard both because it is unsuitably designed but also because it has been cheaply made there is no margin of error. Such a terrible product and if it is reflective of their other products you really mustnt bother. It will be useless and just end up broken and in land fill. Someone has to make a stand against these badly made goods. I will certainly be very wary to read where a product is coming from next time- won’t make same mistake twice.

I placed an order with Little Learners on the 28th November 2025 with a stated delivery date of between 5 and 8 days, here we are 17 days later and still no goods. The website quoted the price in AUD and yet my card was charged in USD, so instead of $175.00 the goods cost $285.00. I have sent 4 emails trying to establish the whereabouts of my goods, however to no avail. Please don't deal with this business, I believe they are a scam. If they aren't a scam they have very poor ethics and extremely poor customer service. As previously stated please save yourself some trouble and don't deal with this business.

Ordered Flying Magic Orb on 3 Dec. Shipping forecast as 5 to 8 days. Now the 13th - 11 days later and still no package. Have asked for update and details as shippers website defaults to "Error" No response so far. Avoid this company as items are available and cheaper on UK websites

My package marked as delivered but was a different name, address and item that was delivered. I sent them a picture showing it was completely wrong and they won’t honor it saying it shows marked as delivered. Their shipping company is garbage and totally unreachable. This is a Chinese company too, not UK as lead to believe. 0/5 stars

I ordered 2 items; never received one of them. 3 weeks later, still haven't received; want to return the item and every time I reach all I hear is that it's being investigated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am reading all these reviews from people who have received their orders and have placed orders after me. I have tried to track the order with falcon express and no number exists. I was told it would be processed in 2 days. I expect I am not going to receive this and I have been scammed or the reviews are a invention to such people in.

Faulty VR equipment in which the controller did not work. Did not offer for me to return them to get a new set or a refund. Beware of the quality.
