VR set was rubbish. Took weeks to be delivered and when it did, it was a cheap piece of plastic. Not what was advertised.

If i could write 0 stars i would. I ordered 2 giant jelly ballons for the price of €51 and both of them broke as soon as we started blowing them up with the pump. Very expensive pieces of shit. Don't buy from this website.

I would not recommend this site. Do not be misled by the 5-star reviews on their website. This site is a scam—the prices are too high, the quality is poor, and the advertising is misleading. Shipping takes forever, with no clear updates.

Terrible experience!!! Kept sending the same directions for a return and then sent me a return address overseas when the item came from the USA. Still trying to get my refund. Do not order from this company!!!

Terrible company, wrong item sent, product was inferior model to what i ordered and missing all the accessories (kids tablet and accessories for Christmas) i contacted them asking for an exchange, which i would have been happy with, that never happened, asked for a refund, over 40 emails and over a month later, i still have no refund. I sent the item to thier returns centre in Italy, which cost me £18 and they refused to accept it, its now being sent back to me and still no refund. This company is absolutely terrible. I spent £100 in total including sending the item back to italy. All they do is put you off and offer discount vouchers to buy something else. Im going to be taking it further to try and get my refund, i wont give up. I have photos and copies of everything and would advise anyone buying from here to do the same. This company doesnt even deserve 1 star. Terrible, stressful and drawn out experience, i will never buy from here again. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

What a joke this company is. I ordered two items at the end of November and paid extra for a 2-3 day delivery. It is now almost a month and still no delivery. But I have received 31 emails from little leavers in this time trying to sell me other items. What a shambles!!

Ordered an item in August ,2025, December 25 not received. Paid in August 53.95. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY….I TRIED TO WORK WITH THEM FOR 5 months….they are NOT HONEST!!

Quality poor. Did not reflect the advertised product. Poor customer service. No return slip. Will never buy anything from them again
