Would definetely not recommend this company. We bought 2 tablets for our boys, they arrived broken with little packaging, just 2 weeks before Christmas. We immediately emailed customer service and for 2 weeks they kept fobbing us off. Told us we would get a refund they were just waiting. We had to purchase something else for our boys, even though we didn’t get the refund. Then they told us to just switch the tablet on they would be fine, even though I had told them they were smashed ! I’ve now been communicating with them for the last week, and they have forced me to pay to return to Italy! Which have done. They again promised a refund and response with hours, and that was days ago! Appalling service. I would 100 percent stay clear there customer service is atrocious, they take no responsibility for anything.

Product was poor quality very expensive and not as advertised. Have contacted the company to request a refund but they have not responded. Please DO NOT BUY from this company

Both items arrived faulty. BEWARE. The whole battery compartment is missing in the back of the toy and the orb ball has two holes in it and unusable. I’ve spent $160 AUD for literal junk that is faulty and unusable. No email response.

We ordered watches for our kids for Christmas. They have not come and the company has not responded to countless messages. This appears to be fraud.

I ordered 2 giant jelly balloon balls for my kids for Christmas. They are advertised as being tough and durable. We inflated them in the morning and within 4 hours both of them had suffered large puncture wounds. They sent patching material, but it doesn't stick to the surface and so they are ruined. I emailed the company and they offered me a 5% refund, or 60% off my next order. Not a joke. Why would I order anything else when this product was completely defective?

Ordered a Montessori playhouse which was for a 1 year old little girl for Christmas. It arrived in a plain brown box with Chinese writing on the side and when opened, had a number of tiny plastic parts. How is that suitable for a 1 year old???? Asked to return it and they requested a tracking number for an address in Italy at a cost to me of £16. Absolute joke of a company selling cheap Chinese rubbish at inflated prices. ##UPDATE##....They refused to accept the return in Italy and the cheap piece of junk is now being returned to me. This company are nothing but lowlife scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I purchased a Miniscope as a Christmas present…I live in Australia but had to pay in American Dollars. When the item arrived, it didn’t work as per advertised. In fact the toy was not worth the price even if it had functioned well, and on top of that, I also purchased a case to hold the Miniscope in. When I asked for a refund, and supplied a short video showing the fault, I was informed that I had to pay for the return post. When they finally sent me an address to return the item, this was to Italy? (Google maps show a lock up garage) I feel this business is not legitimate, and if I send the Miniscope to the supplied address, will I actually get a refund? Not worth the risk! So, I advise anyone thinking of buying from The Little Learners Toys, to look elsewhere.

I ordered a pink microphone guitar karaoke styled music making gift for my nieces December birthday. I received a ridiculously packaged BLACK CORDLESS GUITAR and a pink microphone STAND. The company asked me to “prove the disparity in receiving the wrong item” before they would even entertain returns. This was a month ago and they still have not righted their wrong.
