This is a terrible company with a terrible return policy and customer service. They state that they are from Jamaica, NY. The process of returning a used item I purchased for around $95 dollars is horrible and stressful. They advertise free returns but that does not include shipping. When they told me where to send the return I was shocked. It was to be sent to Puglia, Italy and the shipping costs were $250 to $275 depending on carrier. Obviously I didn’t return it and threw it in garbage. Be careful!!!

Very bad. Stay away. First they provide you with a tracking number that doesn’t work. They advertise courier company DHL/ Fedex / Ups but at the end they send with Evri. Parcel confirmed as lost by courier still playing around with no refund. Very dissapointed. Scam beware !!!

Purchase item Nov.21/2025 but as of January 5 item not received. Told parcel refused but the tracking link is an Casino App!!!. After multiple emails not provided with contact to shipper to solve this problem. Item em purchased at little learners toys but this site has links that are not clickable.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered the Bluetooth Beatboxer Wall Trainer for a Christmas present. It arrived in a battered box with not having been properly packaged for postal delivery. It then required a separate purchase of a battery which would make the overall cost over £80.00. The product is poor quality and now that I have requested to return it they require it to be returned to Italy which is somewhat costly and I am still waiting for the information necessary to complete the customs forms!

They advertise free returns within 14 days at point if sale. They then refuse to honour this and point to their policy which states customer is responsible for customer if returned . This stunt is illegal in most parts of the world. Trying to get a straight answer from them is crazy. They also claimed to me to be based in Spain (I originally thought they were uk based) . They then say they won’t share Spanish address. AVOID. Now trying to email to follow up and emails are bouncing back.

Scammers, robbers - how dare you? Bought gifts for my nephews that said would arrive by Christmas and still not there. Suddenly now the website does not work. Ai agent and nobody go assist because it is all a lie

Paid $109 for the worst , cheapest toy ever.

Did not receive on time been emailing Millie back and forth and after requesting a refund I’ve been blocked from their emails and not able to access the website. Will be disputing charge. DO NOT ORDER.
