DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a toy for a Christmas gift for my grandson on 12/1/25. I received a noticed it was shipped on 12/2/25. The shipping window is 6-9 days. I followed up with them on 12/15 as I had not yet received it. I was told they were working on getting it to me. It arrived on 12/30. Needless to say, it was clearly too late for a Christmas gift. And, even though it was completely their error in getting it to me on time, I still needed to pay for the shipping costs to return it.

Really bad experience. Toy was not a good quality and requested refund, I Very slow response and links to refund not working. Still trying to process the refund after a few weeks! Please don’t bother buying anything with this company!!

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from these people. It took 3 weeks for my order to arrive despite being given a 5-8 day delivery window. The tracking information had “out for delivery” for days. When it became apparent that it would not arrive in time for Christmas, I requested a cancellation which was denied with a promise that the item could be returned upon arrival. The website would not allow me to submit my return request and “M….e” said she would handle it manually. When I sent her the necessary information and pictures she stopped communicating with me. I had over 24 interactions with “M….e” throughout this transaction, none of which led to a resolution. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and will gladly donate this item to charity and NEVER do business with this company again.

I had a very poor experience with this company. A defective toy was delivered and my refund request was not processed. The contact address provided does not appear to correspond to a physical office in the country, and I was unable to obtain any response despite submitting a formal return request. The product appears to have been shipped from overseas. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I had the very bad luck to order a toy that was advertised on the little learners website for 88euro. I had to wait 4 weeks for it to be delivered. I emailed this business several times for an update and was responded to twice with a false tracking number. Despite me explaining that this was to be a Christmas present for a child there was no further response. When I received this toy on Monday I was so disappointed at the cheap badly made toy that the website rated so highly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy anything from this overpriced, inaccurate and unreliable business. One would get a better quality toy from one of the cheaper Chinese websites who would more than likely have a quicker delivery and a better customer service. Absolutely atrocious and very unprofessional.

BUYER BEWARE — DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I ordered a toy three weeks before Christmas and was explicitly assured it would arrive in time. It did not. By December 27, the item still had not shipped, so I contacted the seller to cancel the order. Only then was I told it had “shipped that day” and that I could simply return it. What they did not disclose upfront is that all returns must be shipped to Italy, at the customer’s expense. When I attempted to return the item, I learned that the cost to ship it back internationally was more than the cost of the toy itself. I explained that I was only returning the item because it was shipped late and missed the promised delivery window. Their response was that there was nothing they could do. This seller makes delivery promises they do not keep and then shifts the financial burden onto the customer through unreasonable and undisclosed international return requirements. Had I known this in advance, I never would have ordered. Save yourself the frustration and expense — shop elsewhere.

Brought the VR headset, the advertising was Works with all Smartphones, got the gift for my Daughter for Xmas. The remote didn’t work after trying everything new battery, emails back and forth, turns out the VR headset only works with Andriod only phones not Apple iPhones asked for a refund little learns want me to make the 1/2 round trip to the post office and pay for postage to return the misrepresented product.

Avoid this company at all costs, some of the most shocking customer service I’ve ever experienced. The toy I bought was for a gift for Christmas when opened it was found to be faulty. Whilst their initial response to try and resolve was prompt (albeit not personal or understanding to the customer at all) upon acknowledging the item was faulty, I was met with silence. I made repeated attempts to contact them and finally left with no alternative than to dispute the transaction with my payment provider. Absolutely shocking.
