The return process is a scam company- the online process doesn’t work after a eeek of emails back and force I was told to pay postage to send the item to some address in Europe - where the postage would cost as much or more than the $50 price of the product. Stay away from them.

Please read before you order from them. I order a robot of £140 with delivery before or on Christmas. That didn’t happened. When it came it was defect. OK i contact customer service they say they will review, keep contact ing them they say they will send a new one and i should send the default one. I contact and contact them over and over they send me a tracking number which apparently was delivered with more days since we agree to be send a new one. So, i ended up with a robot of £140 that i can not use and my money gone. No refund, they don’t even answer my emails, there is no phone number to contact them.. what i can say is just ..do not order from them. Now is 19th January 2026.

The "BeatBoxer" wall trainer depicted children and adults wearing real boxing gloves punching at this device. The gloves were included, and they were but they were paper thin with no back, just a velcro strap holding them on. The device itself weighed in at 2 pounds and was made of cheap plastic. One punch and it would have shattered. I asked for a refund and was told their return center was in Italy and it was the customer's responsibility to pay for it. I bought 2 of these and, on sale, spent $119. To return them to Italy would cost - at the low end - $85! I am in deliberation with them now as I will not send to Italy. The website lists their address as Jamaica, NY, and the BeatBoxers were sent from CA. Makes no sense for their customers to send items to ITALY!!

Do NOT Deal with these scammers. Listed with the BBB as a Scam Tracker. All the negative comments posted on Trust Pilot are true. I've experienced the same issues, contact people. I bought my grandson a magnetic blocks set. It was shipped with a box damaged before shipping and had been opened. It was only sealed by a small amount of scotch tape on one side. It looked much smaller and cost me $85. I asked for copy of order or receipt which should have been on my original email. The original email requires you hit a link to get copy that doesn't work. Talked to reps., requested numerous times they wouldn't send me copy to see if I got what I ordered. Than they consented to return with pics and me paying return shipping. No prepaid labels and no return refunds. Even if product is damaged, used, or not what you ordered. They gave me a return address in Italy, that would have cost me more to ship back than what I paid for it. They're definitely hard to reach to resolve issues, only to find out there's no resolve with shipping back so expensive. They're located in New York and are not trustworthy or honest enough to resolve issues with their products. I believe their positive reviews are fake. They have a system designed to give the run around to legitimate, claims of not as described, damaged, cheap, overpriced goods.

I ordered the 2 pack Giant Jelly Balloon Balls as a Christmas gift for my grandkids. On that day when we opened the box, one ball was torn around the seal significantly so can’t be used. The other one while intact was impossible to inflate because the piercing tool provided would not pierce the valve to allow for inflation. So not usable either. Very disappointed kids. I emailed the company but no response at all. Don’t buy from Little learners ever. I can now add 31/1 after contacting the company they offered suggestions for inflating the ball. Nothing we hadn’t tried. I then asked for a refund. They offered me a gift card to 60% of the value or a 5% of purchase cost as they couldn’t be sure what had happened to the balls!! I’d done nothing but open the box. I sent them a quite angry response which was apparently undeliverable.

i am wanting to return an article, requested information of this process, received information of process which was misleading, some words missing making return unsuccessful. After initial emails, emails starred to bounce back, Therefore NO REFUND. Poor service, would not recommend!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Massively overpriced item however it came with the promise of shipping before Christmas (for extra of course) so paid £85 plus pre Christmas delivery for something we could have got on Amazon for £35 had we been more organised. That’s on us and we were happy to pay…. However like everyone else on here, of course it didn’t arrive pre Christmas and now have to pay to return it to Italy??? Absolute joke of a company. AVOID

Lack of service and answers to emails is non existent, I am trying to return product I purchased for my grandsons, but was unsuitable, and over expensive. Post office want Phone No and business address which I have requested numerous times, but to no avail. Plus its costing $A69 to return to Italy, but apparently they have an office in Australia somewhere, but cant locate.
