I wish I had read reviews of this company beforehand. I had a technical problem with their market data, and they refused to give me a refund, even though the problem was theirs. Now I've lost my money, and they've profited. But their reputation is suffering.

Bought a 50 k eval, made 2k Then got an email that my account is breached due to :exceeding permitted risk becuse i used 2 mini and 2/3 micros at the same time. No warning, no nothing In their FAQ they dont bother to write this "rule" clear , garbage "firm"

I thought this prop is different; it is not. I do not recommend. High fees and slippage (ridiculously high) are making it very hard to pass and get to the funded phase. Besides, I forgot to cancel my subscription that was auto-renewed for $44.25, while on their website it's been selling for $23.60; I asked to cancel after 3 hours when the account status was processing (in the weekend), and they refused to refund/give a credit or even a partial credit, saying this is their policy. I know technically they don't have to do it, but it's a bad business model that depends on people forgetting to cancel. Bottom line, there are much better companies than them; avoid!

Could be better. Pros: Simple, straight forward account types Cons: Slow payouts (request to bank ~5 days) Can't trade while waiting for withdraw (~4 days) Unsimilar structure between eval and funded account (bait and switch method) Overall, may be good for people not caring much for immediate satisfaction or have experience with DLL. Once better payout methods are secured then I would feel comfortable advocating for the firm again.

I always get an instant response from live chat support. Recently, there was a payout discrepancy, and the support team jumped in right away and resolved the issue. Usually, payout discrepancies take longer to fix at other Prop's , but in this case, it was handled very quickly. Thank you for your support Stephen and Kareem
