Payout request takes too long to get approve. Apex and other Pro Firms only takes no longer than 2 hours

I would like to advise anyone considering using the prop firm "Legend" not to do so. Use platforms like Tradeify, FundedNext, or Topstep instead—just stay away from Legend. After passing a challenge and paying the fee to activate a funded account, I ran into an issue with TradingView: a software bug caused a long position to open while I already had a short position open on a different account. Legend interpreted this as "hedging" and banned both of my accounts. In one fell swoop, I lost two accounts—one that was still in the challenge phase and another that was already funded. Even though I provided them with logs showing that I had restarted both my PC and the TradingView app multiple times, they showed absolutely no understanding and refused to reactivate anything. As always, it’s the ordinary people like us who end up paying the price; I hardly think they would have gone bankrupt by refunding the €50 cost of those accounts.

First, this is one of the futures prop firms that are slow in paying your payout. For me it took four days for my first successful payout request. It's like Topstep, slow in paying payout. The major one is that, I requested my 2nd payout for my five elite master accounts dated 8/18/26. On 8/20/26 an email was sent to sign a document for live account. Back from vacation on 08/23/26 I signed the document. I followed up for my 2nd payout request today 8/24/26 & I was told that "It appears you have already reached the requirements to transition to Live Trading. Requirements for Live Program A trader becomes eligible for consideration for a Live Funded Account by meeting 1 of 3 requirements below: *Five (5) successful payouts achieved cumulatively across one or more Master Accounts. *Three (3) successful payouts achieved within a single Master Account. *$30,000 or more in total simulated payouts earned across one or more Master Accounts. Elite Master Balance moving to Live Funding Account ​$25k Account- $2,000 Balance $50k Account- $2,500 Balance $100k Account- $3,500 Balance $150k Account- $5,000 Balance Master/Straight to Master Balance moving to Live Funding Account ​$25k Account- $1,500 Balance $50k Account- $2,000 Balance $100k Account- $3,000 Balance $150k Account- $4,000 Balance Live account funding is subject to a maximum cap of $10,000 That first requirement was already achieved by me upon my successful first payout payment. Why should they (Legends Trading)allow traders to continue trading & wait for that trader to submit that 2nd payout request if they are not planning to pay for that payout request??? My 2nd payout request was dated 8/18/26 & the Live transitioned happened on 8/20/26. I should have received my 2nd payout payment by this time . Also, today I received an email with certificate of live account activation but I still don't have my live accounts. I just hope when I'm trading live accounts, I won't encouter payment issue. Could be better. Pros: Simple, straight forward account types Cons: Slow payouts (request to bank ~5 days) Can't trade while waiting for withdraw (~4 days) Unsimilar structure between eval and funded account (bait and switch method) Overall, may be good for people not caring much for immediate satisfaction or have experience with DLL. Once better payout methods are secured then I would feel comfortable advocating for the firm again.

Only allows Rithmic on live accounts despite selling Tradovate sim accounts. Can't trade on a single platform once transitioned to live if you already have a Rithmic connection with another prop.
