Predatory Policies & Zero Transparency — Avoid This Firm
I recently completed a 50k evaluation, passing it after 7 days of trading. Shortly after achieving the target and while waiting for my funded account credentials, I received an automated email stating my account was breached and terminated. The alleged reason? Placing an order for 4.1 contracts for 5 seconds, which supposedly exceeded their maximum contract limit. Here is why this firm operates unethically: Zero Transparency: The moment they terminate your account, they immediately revoke access to your dashboard and trade history. You have zero ability to audit your own trades, verify execution logs, or prove whether a mistake actually occurred. Conveniently, you just have to take their word for it. Punishing Accidental Inputs Instantly: If an order over the contract limit was briefly opened and closed within 5 seconds, it was clearly an unintended misclick or rapid correction. Ethical firms implement hard contract limits directly into their platform software so an order over the limit cannot be placed in the first place. Predatory Rules Designed for Failure: This firm deliberately chooses not to hard-code platform safety limits because doing so would prevent breaches. They intentionally leave these traps open as a predatory tool to confiscate account fees and deny payouts. No Reasonable Recourse or Grace Policy: Legitimate firms focused on long-term trader partnerships offer reasonable resolution policies—such as issuing a warning for a first offense, hard-blocking the execution, or simply zeroing out profits from the rule-breaking trade or day. Instead, this company uses absolute account destruction to pocket your money. They are actively looking for technical loopholes to avoid passing traders and issuing payouts. Save your time and capital—trade with a firm that hard-codes platform risk limits and treats traders fairly.
