I used this app on and off for three months. I feel as if I was swindled. The long lectures, coupled with simple quizzes, are not the rigor I need for the FTCE Social Science. I have switched to another app, which really does provide the rigor without the tedium of Learning Liaison's content areas. Plus, this other app will give me my money back if I don't pass the certification test, as long as I score 90% on one of the practice tests.

I’ve used Learning Liaison twice now, and my experiences have been very different. The first time I worked with them, they were wonderful—helpful, supportive, and the quality of instruction met my expectations. That positive experience is what led me to return. Unfortunately, this second time around, while preparing for the FTCE Science exam, the lessons felt lacking and didn’t provide the level of depth or clarity I needed. Because of that, I decided to cancel after my initial month. However, I was charged for an additional month on the same day I canceled, which was frustrating. When I reached out to request a refund, the response I received was not pleasant or customer-focused. Given that customer satisfaction should be a priority, this was especially disappointing. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend their services as confidently as I once did. I hope they improve both their lesson quality and how they handle customer concerns moving forward.

It provides detailed instruction and breaks it down by domain. I have used it for both my content exam and STR. I plan to use them for my PPR as well.

The strategies and techniques that were taught in this program were great. I learned a lot and passed my PPR on my second attempt.

Dr. A maintained his promise from the first video. I completed about 60% of the videos, I did the test/quizzes but I did not pass the first time and didn’t trust the test strategies. This Professional Exam was kicking my rear end I ate my slice of humble pie and decided to just listen and trust the training of the program. Being a teacher of three years I didn’t to deprogram myself and just focus on the test prep training and trust Dr. A I bought into the STOW and stopped overly studying the content and practice questions. I allowed my brain to relax and not try to “remember” everything and just focus beating the test. I took the test four times prior. Trusting Dr. A and completing ALL THE MODULES! I got the PASS on my print out!

I was HORRIFIED of my content and PPR test. Thanks to this program, I completed both on the first try! Don't skip the videos and do the recommendations. They work!
