Barbara was amazing. Not only did she help me with a request but sent me an email when our chat was interrupted. 10/10!

Barbara dela Paz was incredible. She did a great job, and I rarely have positive customer service experiences. She was helpful, wanted to make my life easier and walked me through everything I needed to know!

I saw a lot of really great, high level jobs on the Ladders site. What wasn't clear was that as an expat, living in London, England, I wasn't able to apply to remote positions on the site. You need to reside in the US to apply and be considered. My premium membership was a waste of time and money. My second issue is that I signed up for a 3-month subscription and I received a fraud alert from my bank indicating that they were trying to renew my subscription. The whole point of a limited subscription is that you don't get charged in the future. They didn't seem interested in refunding me for something that I couldn't use and benefit from.
