Very disappointed!! I received X-ray results indicating issues requiring an MRI. I attended your office with my medical results, and due to my condition there were problems preventing me from safely receiving adjustments. After presenting my results, management indicated a refund would NOT !! be issued for the month, I paid for a month and I cannot even attend! I manage a couple dental offices and this is poor management. It doesn’t make me want to return back to this office. Beware go to a chiropractor facility that can properly maintain you and not suck you into a contract !

I’ve visited 3 or 4 different branches of The Joint Chiropractic so far, and my experience has been remarkably consistent across all of them. On the positive side, you know exactly what you’re going to get regardless of the location. The facilities are clean, the check-in process is straightforward, and it’s a convenient option for a quick adjustment without needing an appointment. However, the experience does feel a bit "cookie-cutter." Because the model is built for speed and volume, the care doesn't feel very personalized. It can feel a little like being on an assembly line—efficient, but lacking the deep, individualized attention you might find at a private practice. Overall, it’s a solid, "not bad" option if you need a routine adjustment on the go, but don't expect a highly tailored wellness plan.

Dr Howard stated he needs clearance for my neck on an ultrasound which makes no sense. He is too damn causious. I told him the carotid artery is 50-60 percent blocked I will not get the results till monday. it would be different if I was going to have surgery or a stent just a report should be good enough. I love the chiropractor that I see at the location in Baytown, TX. However, their business practices are shady. They don't accept cash, and you are required to leave a bank card on file. When I finished my plan, I had my card removed and went to the Kingwood, TX location that takes cash payments. Then I returned to the Baytown location for my services. They tried to get me to purchase a new plan there, and I told them why I would pay at a different location instead. The receptionist told me that they don't require a bank card to be left on file as if I wasn't there when this happened. I looked at the manager who told me that I had to leave a card on file, and she just stared straight ahead. I restated that I would pay at a different location. After reading other reviews about charges on bank cards, I see that I was wise to refuse to leave my card on file.

I've been using The Joint Chiropractic on and off for the past ten years. In my experience, they excel at providing general adjustments and routine chiropractic care. For a straightforward, no-frills adjustment to keep things aligned... The Joint does the job well. However, if you're seeking more specialized or intensive treatments, The Joint might not be the best fit. Their services seem to be designed for maintaining general wellness rather than addressing complex or specific issues.

I was in Tennessee visiting my granddaughter for a week . While there I was doing some work and my back started to hurt. Went to the joint and got some relief , when checking out the receptionist asked if I wanted a plan that they had, she said I could cancel it in under a month . She”forgot” to tell me it was a TWO month commitment . Now I’m back in Kentucky and going to have to pay another month before I can cancel . Beware my friends Beware !

There was an error. We specifically said we want a pay as we go visits. After recently reviewing the CC statement. I noticed we had been billed the last 5 months at $79.00. We spoke to the front desk person she basically said. Nothing we can do or refund. But we can get you in for a visit today .since you paid this month. Again the person prior messed up leading to us getting around $500 deducted in total. This is frustrating. I now dislike this service and this experience. Was horrible. Being told sorry someone at the office made a mistake. You need to eat it. Not thrilled.
