I went for my first adjustment. He asked me preliminary questions, and read my blood pressure.
Then said we should be ok. Well, one middle back adjustment, and I have had rib pain for almost three weeks. I will never come again.

SCAM!
SCAM!! Never mind No xrays and very limited adjustments...wait til you try to cancel! I have been working in California and didnt go for 2 months and they kept charged my card...I went in to cancel and they said I had to pay my balance to cancel. I filed w my bank and got my money back. I went in to a location here and filled out cancelation form and was told that would do it. This morning they charged me 79 again!!! SCAM!!!

Horrible business practices
I think that changing your policy to needing appointments is going to make people want to find another chiropractor this is a bad business move. I will be giving my next Chiropractic care facility. All of my ideas for advertising against you. If you do not change your policy back.

I have not used my membership in well…
I have not used my membership in well over a year over the past 6 months I have left no fewer than 6 messages asking the Onreco Station, OR to calle so I can cancel. You are required to call the clinic they have not returned ANY of my calls or cancelled my membership despite my messages being very detailed. $79 x 6= $474. I do not have money to burn.

Beware‼️
The Biggest Scam Ever — And It’s Right in Your Face
This business advertises an evaluation for $29, but once you walk in, they pressure you into buying a package. They reassure you that you can “cancel anytime” and tell you not to worry. The initial visit takes only about 10–15 minutes, then the doctor writes a prescription for multiple additional visits you never asked for.
When you question it, they insist you can cancel at any time. But when it comes time to cancel, they refuse. They point to a “two-month requirement” hidden in the paperwork, even though they told you verbally that you could cancel without a problem.
When you remind them what they promised, they brush it off and tell you not to worry — as long as you cancel by a certain date, you’ll be fine. But if you call before that date to cancel, they still refuse, claiming you must attend at least two months first.
This is misleading, manipulative, and designed to trap people into paying for services they don’t want or need.
I previously canceled my account on September 23, 2025, as instructed by your representative. I also submitted written confirmation of my cancellation. Despite this, I am now receiving harassment and threats of being reported to a collections agency.

Subscription Gimmick, Not Real Chiropractic
The only positive thing I can say about this subscription-based chiropractor is the price. On paper, it looks great: cheaper than my $30 co-pay, even though my insurance covers unlimited visits. For people with higher co-pays or no insurance at all, I can see the appeal. Unfortunately, the service feels just as cheap as the price.
Each visit is maybe a minute or two total. There’s a quick bit of chit-chat — which feels more like they’re reading notes than actually remembering who you are — and then about 15 seconds of “adjustment.” In two months of going, I never felt any improvement. I never got a proper adjustment pop, and honestly, what they did felt rough and careless, something my girlfriend could have done at home.
One visit really scared me. I went in already hurting, and the chiropractor decided to adjust my neck. It was painful, and I worried they might actually make things worse. Unlike normal chiropractors, they never took x-rays or showed any real concern about my ongoing issues.
The business side isn’t much better. The cheap first visit is just a sales pitch for the subscription. After that, they push $20 “extra adjustments” through constant texts and emails. Canceling is also made intentionally difficult — you can’t do it online or in the app, only in person at the exact location where you signed up.
Overall, this was a poor experience. Unless you have absolutely no other option, I wouldn’t recommend it. Even without insurance, plenty of chiropractors offer reasonable rates and actually take the time to evaluate and treat you properly.

This place is a big rip off
This place is a big rip off. I kept trying to cancel my sons membership. They said I could not because I was not authorized (it was on my credit card). They finally told me how to cancel so I went in with my son to cancel. We did the electronic paperwork in the office. 3 months later I noticed they are still charging me $79 a month. He has not been there to use the service. they will not refund the $237 I paid and he only went once the month before so the last visit basically cost $316!!! Terrible customer service!

I have been to this place a few times
I have been to this place a few times. For the staff, they rotated every other time I was there. There was one person who was good, Jim. The rest were useless. He got moved after one or two visits. Stopped going there and went to a location in Dallas, which was better.
Well, when I want to cancel the subscription, the Dallas location told me that I can call my local one and they should be able to cancel it for me. I called them, and they told me I have to come in for a consultation. I told them that I am not interested and the Dallas location told me that I should be able to cancel over the phone, and they kept telling me that I have to come in.
Obviously, some scamming is involved in this business. Funny, they sent me the agreement form over email, but the cancellation I have to go there in person.
