We went into the joint Chiropractic, which we had seen before I had purchased a six pack of visits that apparently never expire after a car accident….. we came in to get, hopefully some relief before we saw our primary care physician on Friday…. they told us because we were in an accident if we opened up a claim already that we couldn’t be seen even though we were gonna pay for it out-of-pocket I can’t even use my visits. I previously paid for I told them we hadn’t opened a claim yet so could we still be seen? She originally said yes, but they called her boss and told me that I still could be seen even though I might or might not open a claim. This is ridiculous. We were highly upset. We will never be back. I will never be able to get my money back from my visit I previously used I would advise against big-time never coming here ever again to anybody.!!!!!

Went to the Green Valley location yesterday, wanna-be chiropractor stated my pain was too complex for him to perform any type of therapy. Not sure what they are in business for if they can not really help anyone that has back pain. I recommend going to a real chiropractor that can take x-rays and not turn away customers that have real back issues. The referral that was given was also useless. Hope they go out of business since they should not be in business.

I have tried a few times to cancel I am in the 2nd month of the 3month cycle. was told to get a doctors note, did that. today 06/29/26 10:30 am the shitty little girl behind the counter needs 2 things 1. slap the shit out of her for her attitude, or fire her. you do not treat customers with a mean hateful attitude, 2. train your 1st contact staff to be nice whether its a upset customer or not, NEVER GIVE A CUSTOMER AN ATTITUDE PERIOD, THEY'LL NEVER COME BACK. DR, Emmanuel is the only good thing about this location. tried contacting their corporate's office to voice my opinion yea , that's not happening. its made to were you not able to submit anything under their contact option. so in short I have a doctors' note clearly stating I cannot be cracked anymore while under his care and all I got was a ton of pissy attitude from a child that hasn't been alive enough to know when STFU. if you have anything wrong with your back or hips I strongly advise going to a reputable outfit that hires professional staff. this place will take your money and not give a crap. I will be out 75.00 by the time this is all over. if they would have just honored my request I would have come back every time. now due to their greedy rules {to which if there is a medical reason monies should be refunded instead of taking 2 months worth of payments and treating you like shit.} greedy rules mean bad reviews on all platforms. I have family that goes here. that will also soon stop. 1 bad attitude = bad publicity and bad word of mouth. means loss of customer's. plus she refused to return my DR's note for my records. now idk if she even scanned it in. arrogant uppity young staff with zero compassion or respect.

First visit sold me 3 months worth of visits. Second visit showed chiropractor my MRI. He said that chiropractic won’t help that I need surgery. Also said I would have to speak with management for refund. I have left 3 messages with no response.

So I go to the warning Yukon, Oklahoma, don't go here, they say $29. It's not the literally charged me a $179 on top of that, they're gonna take away like $79 every month. And I really did not sign up for that. I just signed up for a one time thing to see how it goes And so far, I don't like it. I have a couple of back issues that I keep on dressing to them. And they don't seem to take your time to fill that area. I don't know if anybody else has had this experience, but I feel like they just, I want to want you to go in there. So they could pop your back real fast, and so you could get out. I did have a different doctor from the last time and he started. Telling me like some medical things that I might have. I said, no, you know, it's just, this is what's going on and it goes well, you lied on your applicant and I said, no. And the first time I went, and I knew there should have been something wrong they have you do a scale from 1 to 10 on pain the doctor said it doesn't matter. How high your pain is they don't really look at that stuff

I signed up for a 90-day membership for $79/$69 for veterans. My last visit was some time in April. I called to cancel the membership after noticing several attempts to debit my bank card. Fast forward to May 29th, I go into the 1000 Forestville Road location to "cancel the membership" as per their instructions. I get there and the receptionist is still trying to collect membership fee, talking about she "can't cancel my membership until I pay the balance" No ma'am, you will not make me stay in a membership I'm not even using, or used since April. Smh, damn crooks everywhere you go.
