Don’t go to the JOINT chiropractors in Colorado as they are horrible and if you have a certain area to work on, they don’t worry about that area they just cracked your whole body and neck. They lie and they don’t care about helping you out. Don’t go to these chiropractors!!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with The Joint Chiropractic’s cancellation policy. Requiring customers to cancel in person is an unnecessary and frustrating hurdle. This feels like a deliberate attempt to make it harder for people to leave. On top of that, the overall experience has not justified the hassle. In today’s age, businesses should prioritize customer convenience, and this outdated policy reflects poorly on their approach to service. I would not recommend The Joint to anyone unless they change these practices.

I used the $29 introductory rate visit which required that I agree to 2 months of membership at $89 per month and would include some additional visits. I had to sign many forms to get this. The receptionist did not mention that they would continue charging my card until I actively cancelled my membership though I understood it was just for the 2 required months. They charged my card 5 times before I realized they were doing this and then I cancelled my membership. BEWARE!!! 10-7-24 first visit

Very bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Businesses should provide customer care and service, as well as live customer service. Save your money go to a professional business, it’s your health and wellbeing.

The chiropractor rushed me the whole time, didn’t listen to what I was saying, and strangely though my form asked what my job is and he was looking at it, he got it wrong. Then he asked me how long I thought I’d have to come in before I found relief. Why would I know that? He was hands on with me for about 30 seconds. Definitely never going back. I went to the Brooklyn location.

12 minutes ago New They really qualified as a zero stars with the exception of the Dr was was genuinely concerned after he potentially broke my husbands rib in the adjustment. Now for the front desk witch….... she was super unfriendly when we got there, shooting us disgusted looks while we were waiting. Then when we left the Dr gave him an ice pack because he was sure he had broken his rib and knew he was in pain. During the checkout process the super unfriendly front desk person who should not be in customer service, starts pushing the packages on him. Mind you at this point we are considering whether to even come back. He tells them that if he decides to come back he will consider the package at that point. She looks at him and says well if you don’t want a package then I can’t let you have the ice pack! I said seriously? He just was adjusted and the Dr potentially broke his rib. She said in a very snotty way sorry Ice packs are only for paying package members. Customer service goes a long way, especially in getting repeat customers. The joint would’ve been great for him since is nationwide and he’s an OTR driver. Instead this was our first and our last visit and I will make sure everyone knows what happened. Management should really look into whether said person is really beneficial to their daily business or whether they could find an actual customer service oriented and friendly face for their customers

I was going to the Joint in Tampa for about a year. I have wicked migraines and neck issues. Well I can honestly say what a huge mistake it was to ever go there. It’s like playing roulette with your spine. I got someone who didn’t care, and they adjusted my neck aggressively, and now it has damage so much so I am looking at possible surgery. My pain is now thru the roof most days, and I cannot fix it. Nothing gives me relief. These people are absolute not to be trusted! Huge mistake! I was in far better shape before them. Now I have a whole new level Of pain to deal with. :(

I would give them no stars if possible. So I paid more than 100 for 7 visits . I only went there for six visits because instead of feeling better I was feeling even worst. I was in a lot of pain. They take no x-rays, so how do they know exactly what you have? I feel robbed. To the point I was charge 89 dollars automatically from my card for the next month. I was never told that. Requested a refund and she told me that they will call the manager. They refused to give me a refund !!!All they care is taking people’s money. Best in health? Best in taking people’s money. I’m already seeing another chiropractor, and they even told me that a lot people already complained about this place too. I would suggest to request a copy of whatever they are giving you to sign. Weird that they don’t give you that right? What does that tell you? They don’t care if you feel better or not it’s all about money!!!! About walk-ins too, they might be closed. I would suggest you call first to see if they are open. I wish I could’ve seen Erin Stevenson review from this place earlier. I just went through the same thing too.
