I worked with Debbie and I found her to be knowledgeable, intelligent and highly organized. She gave me a lot of insight and completely revamped my resume. She also helped me tremendously with my linkedin profile. Ive already referred her!

A bit of a mixed experience. Initially things seemed positive and I got a draft that was much better written but didn't seem quite on the mark. I went out to ChatGPT to see what it thought a hiring manager was looking for in the role I was looking for. I shared this info with Nicole. Her reaction was not what I expected and was almost literally "You can go ahead and make changes related to this if you want". Not what I expected. After I made a big stink about this though things changed dramatically. She asked for feedback about what I thought were areas that the ChatGPT results highlighted as weaknesses from my perspective. I provided those and then we went through a couple of real quick iterations and ended up with a really excellent resume. I think the key is to be clear yourself what you want and then guide the resume writer. They can't know the job you are applying for better than you do. You really do get out what you put into the process. I'm pretty willing to push for that but if you're a little less comfortable with this then this might not work for you.

I worked with Debbie Goldbarth to prepare for a series of interviews. She was extremely helpful and provided valuable coaching. What's more, she also helped me tweak my resume while my initial resume writer was on vacation. 10/10 service!

I used this service back in 2020, probably one of the worst periods to be looking for new jobs. Having a resume with such quality brought me peace of mind as I continued to submit one application after another. Fast forward two years, the framework of that original resume has proved incredibly easy to adapt and has gotten many compliments in the years since. It wasn't a cost so much as an investment in my career.

My experience with The Job Sauce was fantastic. It wasn't about why it was so great but about who made it great...and that was Nicole Flowers. She took my overly wordy resume, which was more like a word salad, and made it compact and impactful. If you're hesitant about hiring a resume-writing service, do what I did and contact them today!

It is so difficult to summarize years of work in a CV to an engaging and targeted resume. Nicole Flowers stepped alongside with experience, passion, and an amazing ability to "hear" me and translate my work and passion into the finished product. Highly recommend Nicole.

Nicole listened to my concerns, reviewed my resume and LinkedIn profile before we even talked, and then provided me with a resume that had a lot of accomplishments and could pass the ATS. We all need some help occasionally, and I highly recommend giving it a try.

Working with Nicole was a great experience; she brought clarity and impact to the task. Highly recommended.
