Rebecca Falk was a really good match to upgrade my resume. She was insightful and openly shared her thoughts as well as answered any questions I had. Great turnaround, communicative and overall I am very impressed with the quality of her work! Kudos !

I was shocked by the level of effort Tim Knox put into my resume, taking time to get to know what I was looking for and asking all the right question. The resume was far superior than anything I could have done on my own.

I give this company my highest rating
I give this company my highest rating, without reservation. I found them on LinkedIn. I had a short call two days later. I was assigned Lindsay H for my resume writer. She was professional and informative. The process went very smooth. I received my resume a couple of days later, on a Sunday, although I wasn't expecting it for days. My resume is amazing! I have nothing but the best things to say about this company.

I had numerous problems with this…
I had numerous problems with this service - all of which are probably directed at the company and not necessarily my assigned writer. Background: I paid for the basic resume writing service and the "recommended linkedin edits." Below are my main frustrations with this service.
1. The recommended linkedin edits are complete bogus - I could literally google every piece of information that they gave me. Also, they felt extremely generic, like they send the same edits to every single person and all your writer does is add a suggested headline (Job Description) to make it feel personalized. They definitely don't feel like someone took a look at your profile and made recommendations based off your personal profile. (If you are going to buy this service for linkedin edits - save your money and just do some research online)
2. Quality of writing: This service might be worth it if you literally cannot write clearly. In my case, they took my writing, which isn't terrible, and crammed it will as many buzzwords as they could find. Now, I think this will beat the automated system they are claiming to beat, but what happens when a hiring manager picks up your resume and attempts to read something that is virtually unreadable. It's unreadable because 1. you used every bit of detail and buzz word you could muster and 2. packing every single sentence with as many buzzwords as possible makes every sentence a huge, , unreadable, complicated run-on sentence... At the end of the day, this was my biggest complaint - the quality of writing you pay for is quite concerning.
3. Turn around time: I didn't see my FIRST draft for 13 days - granted their was a holiday in there, but still.. 13 days for the first draft. I actually went through an entire interview process and was extended a job offer from a company in the time it took me to get my first draft. Additionally, after 13 days I was expecting a near-perfect resume to continue my job search. But, what I got was a document with a bunch of buzzwords, lists of accomplishments that I explicitly said I never did, and numerous grammatical errors - this clearly suggests that my resume was thrown together at the last second (probably to beat a deadline of 2 weeks) and never proof read by anyone, but me. Now, I could have gone back and forth with my writer to make edits and get the document where I felt comfortable with it, but why would I do that when it already took 13 days to see a FIRST draft....
I could go on, but whats the point... Just beware of what you pay for.

Hi Nathan,
Thank you for providing your feedback. Resume Support is going to email you shortly so we can work out how we can best take care of you.
For other customers who might be reading this, our marketing information states that the process takes 4-7 business days, following the initial 1-on-1 call with the writer. This does not include holidays or weekends, nor does this timeline does not, however, include managing any requested edits between the writer and the customer.
As our office was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday, this resume was delivered within the originally agreed-upon timeline.

Blown. Away.
I'm a recent graduate and spent some time off from school before starting the job hunt. My father gifted me a resume upgrade package from The Job Sauce, mentioning that he received exceptional service from Amanda Somers, with whom I was luckily paired.
I had doubts about how pricey resume writing can be, and urged Dad not to spend money on something I could do given enough time. But Dad wasn't havin' it, which I appreciate, but I figured might as well get it over with.
Not. Even. Close. I felt like I was at the schvitz. I'm a straight, male man and I've never had a mani or a pedi, but if I knew what those were, I'd imagine that's what this felt like. Amanda held my hand through the entire process, waited on me hand and foot, replied back to me even at the insane hours I emailed her my responses. Bless you girl, but you need to get some sleep! Heck, that's on me though, I need to stop living the college dream and get back to 9-5 hours.
Well, the gist of it is: this service is exemplary. There are companies in the top fifty best places to work in my region crawling all over me right now. I only even sent my resume to like 5 companies. I don't feel like I even deserve it. No, wait, I sure heck don't because I basically did nothing. Amanda killed it.
Somers 2020.

I was introduced to Tim Knox via The Job Sauce. Tim updated my resume. He spent extra time on my resume, wordsmithing, verifying facts, and making certain that it would get the attention of recruitment staff. Tim was extremely knowledgeable in my area of expertise (Accounting/Finance). I highly recommend him to anyone requiring a resume or a resume update.
