Definitely an investment worth your time and effort. I worked with Tim Knox to review and upgrade my resume. Tim asked detailed questions that helped pull facts and remove redundancy in different roles I have had in my career. My new resume is by far an improvement of traditional resumes. Tim has been very accessible, flexible, and has guided the process smoothly. Thanks Tim and the JobSauce team

I had a fantastic experience working with Amanda Somers. As someone with a lot of different experience looking for my next executive level role, I was challenged with trying to keep my resume readable while still reflecting all of my relevant skills and experience. Amanda was up for the challenge and then some. On our initial call, she really focused on understanding my background and where I want to take my career next. Then, somehow...magically...she was able to completely revamp my existing resume into something that quickly represents 25+ years of work in a way that I am proud to share with recruiters and others in my network. Amanda was also able to make sure my resume was optimized for the systems that often screen resumes before a human even sees them. I would definitely recommend Amanda and The Job Sauce to others.

Amanda Somers sauced up my resume. I've been updating the same format for the life of my career (25 years). It has worked for me, but I had used my job descriptions in my work experiences. Amanda first made sure she understood what kind of job/career/industry I wanted to find. Then she closely analyzed each position on my resume and asked granular questions about the accomplishments of each one, turning them into highlights of my best work. Now my resume reflects the impacts I have and will make in my workplaces and desired workplaces. The process was thorough and friendly and also very efficient. I love the new resume and have a whole new feeling of confidence in my background and job seeking materials. Thanks, Amanda!

The Job Sauce offers incredible value. Anna Yeager was extremely professional. She offered great resume advice and created a beautiful work product that represents me in the best possible manner. The resume format is easy to read and the content much better than anything I could have produced on my own.

I Recently worked with Tim Knox to update and upgrade my resume. Tim and i talked about my goals and objectives, I sent him my current resume and he asked many good questions about my work history and skills and created a brilliant resume that i am really proud to show off. I have already seen an increase in my resume getting viewed on all the job boards. I would highly recommend working with Tim, i thought my resume was "okay" before but after seeing how he worded everything really made it stand out.

Lindsay Hirsch did a fantastic job on my resume and really worked to make sure all of my experience was incorporated smoothly. The process was very simple and my final resume looks amazing and professional.

Amanda Somers, is absolutely awesome. The same day that she finished the update to my resume, I applied for a position using the updated resume. Literally, within 15 minutes, I received a call from the talent advisor for that position. The talent advisor was excited with the experiences on my resume and was pushing my information forward to the hiring manager. This was all because of Amanda's outstanding work.

After working for the same company for more than a decade, I unexpectedly needed an external professional resume. Queue looking through LinkedIn's suggests. Went with Job Sauce due to a reasonable price, clearly defined services, and promised quick turn around time. Via Amanda Somers, all expectations were exceeded. Thorough, engaging, and able to clearly explain all the hows and whys that went along with each part of the process and aspects of their resume crafting. Worth every penny!
