I got a jacket made and it exceeded expectations. It looks, feels and fits great! I completely customized it as well, exterior & interior colors, along with the zipper & button colors as well as monogramming. I will be buying more products from these guys. They were great to work with through the process and the end result is amazing

I ordered a made to measure suede jacket from the jacket maker. My partner and I took very careful measurements. All communication from them was poor, taking several days for each response, sometimes not actually answering the question that was asked. The jacket quality was not very high but we didn’t expect something of spectacular quality for the price. We did expect something nice enough that fit well. What was received was unwearable. The sleeves were several inches too short and the arm holes were too large (thus creating a lot of extra material at the arm pits, which looked bad). We were shocked that we had to return the jacket at our own expense, finding our own courier, as we provided accurate measurements and was not being returned as a matter of taste but as a matter of it being unwearable. Upon returning it, I had sent many photos from various angles and reconfirmed my measurements. I also included comments that the sleeves were obviously too short and the arm holes clearly too big. The jacket I received the second time had properly sized sleeve lengths now, but the arm holes and biceps on the second jacket were massive. The jacket maker will not accept it back to fix their mistakes. They say they will only do one re-alteration, despite there being no fault of the customers. This company clearly does not have the capacity to take a persons body measurements and create a jacket that fits from them - which is what we paid them to do. Additionally, this entire process took 8 months. I am filing a chargeback with my credit card company. These people are thieves. UPDATE: Only after writing the above review were we contacted again by the Jacket Maker. The customer support manager (Shawn) investigated all the history of communication we had, apologized for the experience we've had, and put in a new order with the promise that we will get a jacket that fits properly this time. I will update this review accordingly. Update 2: After another 6 months waiting for the third iteration that was promised above, it arrived and was, again, completely unwearable. Some of the dimensions had improved over the previous jacket but the forearms sleeve circumference was so small that I could barely get my arm through the sleeves. This is bizarre because neither of the previous iterations had a problem with that dimension and neither it nor any related dimension was requested to be changed. I assumed that they would offer to make the jacket yet again so I requested a refund, unwilling to wait another 6 months for a jacket that almost definitely still will be unwearable. Instead, Shawn has offered me the option of either a 50% refund or to let them make a 4th attempt at a 65% discount (NOT AT NO COST). Let me stress this: I wanted a jacket that fit well. All 3 times, I received a jacket that was UNWEARABLE. If you’re hoping I am just a reviewer that’s picky and wanted something perfect, I am sorry to disappoint - the custom jackets are apparently subject to an extremely flawed manufacturing process that results in unwearable products. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ONE DOLLAR. I am still requesting a full refund and will update this one last time to share how that goes. Final Update: After submitting the above update to Trust Pilot, the jacket maker replied that the smaller forearms diameter was a natural consequence of making the arm holes smaller. They changed their offer to either give us full store credit or to make a 4th jacket at no cost. I sent a reply that pointed out the forearm circumference of the jacket was literally smaller than the measurement I had provided and that they had assured my measurements would be taken into consideration when making the adjustments. I reiterated that we had already given the Jacketmaker 3 chances and over a year to deliver what we had ordered and they had overwhelmingly failed and we deserved a full refund. The jacket maker responded that they took a closer look at the details and agreed that mistakes were made and finally agreed to fully refund us for the purchase. My advice would be that if you want to try the made-to-measure then make sure you use a payment method that will cover you in the event of something like this happens. Be aware of the timeline required to file a chargeback (many have a 60 or 90 day limit), as we were not eligible to file one. Ultimately, the jacket maker did refund us so that turned out good but it took an enormous amount of perseverance and the use of this platform.

I LOVE the beautiful leather jacket I got from The Jacket Maker! It took about a month to arrive, and it fits me perfectly. I was really impressed that they followed up with me personally after I sent in my measurements, just to verify that everything was correct (I'm very short so the numbers likely looked off at first glance). I got the Adalyn Quilted Distressed Brown leather jacket for women, and have already received multiple compliments. It's warm and padded too, with pockets on both the inside and outside. The one caution I would give on this particular style is that it has a high stiff collar, and if you're not used to that it may feel weird on your neck at first. But I love the design and the color, and will be wearing this for a long long time.

Bought the Furcliff Black Leather Coat custom made, took about 6 weeks, but worth the wait. It fit perfectly and loved the quality. Received a lot of compliments my first wear out. The jacket is on the warmer side, so good for winter.

Little bed of delay or lets say not the fastest world wide shipping service, quality of the jacket was good, cufflinks were very tight and not very soft, the weight of the jacket it supposed to be light because it’s sheepleather but in return i still consider it heavy! But I don’t know maybe the full grain leather comes heavy? In general I recommend the website

I think the sizes they're small because I have to send it back once but after that the jacket was beautiful pretty soft outside and pretty nice inside it came with a litttle book and a plastic garment wich I wasn't expecting.
