Can you please check your spam folder? Also, to ensure that our messages get to you (and don't go to your spam or bulk email folders), please add our email address to your address book. The phone number you had provided while placing the order is invalid and we are unable to ship the order without having the correct phone number as the courier requires them for delivery. We would really appreciate it if you could share your phone number via any other email address or even leave us a message on our social media so that we can ship your order as soon as possible. However, during times of high order volume, there may be occasional delays in our response times.
